This is hands-down the best T-Mobile store I’ve visited. Every time I come in, the staff is incredibly helpful. A huge shout-out to Dani and DC—they are absolute pros. They managed to help me with everything I needed while multitasking through a busy rush, and they did it all with a great attitude. Thank you both for always making it a positive experience!
Fix a problem with the quickness and I even got a credit because of their small error that was made at the store in Nora but in all reality I probably won't go back to the one in Nora because she could have helped me fix the problem when I went there and she chose not to I will be going back to the one Guilford Drive from now on so sorry Nora even though you're closer to my home you lost my business staff wouldn't do their job the way they were supposed to
