I can’t say enough about Jeremy and Jeff and the property in Syracuse. We’ve been to many Airbnb rentals and this was our favorite. Incredibly responsive every time we communicated, without exception. Very professional and polite. Unit was well decorated, clean and inviting with all the necessary amenities for an extended stay. Highly recommended these gentlemen should you need a place in Syracuse, short or long term.

I really enjoyed our stay with Jeremy. The location was great, very walkable. The kitchen and entire house was very well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The only downsides we had were the dishwasher didn’t work during our stay, but Jeremy tried his best to rectify the issue and offered compensation. The bed/bedding were not that comfortable but that may also just be personal preference. Overall, the stay was great and Jeremy was very accommodating, but I do think it was on the pricier side considering all factors.

I really tried everything possible to get it replaced quickly, but when that wasn’t possible in time, I issued what I felt was a substantial refund to help offset the inconvenience. I also appreciate your note about the bed and bedding, which is sometimes tricky to please all guests due to personal preference, as you pointed out. Past guests had mentioned they found them comfortable, but I’d love to learn more about what specifically felt uncomfortable for you so I can keep improving! The house is lovely, is in a lovely quiet area of Tipperary, and is close to shops and restaurants. The area has nice walks and there is a zoo not very far from the house. It's a compact house and is ideally suited to a small family or a couple. We were a party of 3 unrelated co-workers - maybe a less ideal place for our needs - but we enjoyed our stay none-the-less. We made good use of the space, and the excellently equipped kitchen. He even provided a new BBQ for our use, which was great once the weather picked up. Jeremy and his brother where great hosts - we'd be happy to rent from them again.

Our stay was truly amazing. The location of the house is perfect with multiple restaurants, bars, parks & stores within walking distance. Even though we could walk to some very popular bars our street was so calm & quiet for our 1yro. The house backs to a wooded hill with a large park down the street making it quite private.The location is only 5 minutes to downtown, Armory/Clinton Square and the hospitals. Several local and larger grocery stores are near by, as well as gyms and other shopping. We stayed for nearly 6 months while our house was being renovated. Everything we needed was provided and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need for cooking/baking. There is a large table, both inside, and on the deck for meals - you might even see the dear that frequent the neighborhood while dining. The bedrooms/bath were very comfortable and the laundry was clean and worked well. Jeremy communicated often and timely. He made us feel at home & valued. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic two-month stay! Jeremy and Jeff were outstanding hosts, thoughtful in every detail. The apartment is very clean and stocked with everything you need for a long term stay. The kitchen and supplies are quite good. Inspired me to improve my cooking skills. The neighborhood is peaceful, full of charm and incredible architecture. Tipperary Hill, established in the 1920s by Irish laborers who built the Erie Canal, carries a deep sense of history that you can truly feel while living here. Obviously, I highly recommend staying here.

I can't say enough great things about Jeremy and Jeff as hosts and about this home! My wife and I booked a month long stay and felt at home the entire time. There is an office/work area which was perfect for me since I was working remotely while there. Having a fast internet connection also helped in that respect.The living room is very comfortable and great for watching shows or movies. Both bedrooms have a television in them as well, so you can watch while laying in bed. The kitchen is fully stocked so you won't have any issues cooking a meal. It was very easy to get in and out of the unit and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.I'm someone who likes to go for lots of walks, and you'll find it easy to go for walks in the surrounding neighborhood.Jeremy and Jeff also had lots of great suggestions for things to do around Syracuse, which my wife and I are very appreciate of.Jeremy and Jeff were also quick to respond and checked in on us to make sure our stay was comfortable!
