Needed a hot water tank replaced. The Tank was still under warranty so no cost there. Wooten wanted $2000.00 for labor (3 Hours). Who charges $650 an hour? When I asked why so much, I was told it was because they provide a 1 year warranty. Didn't know I was paying for an extended warranty LMAO!
The technician who showed up was very polite and professional, but that's about all I can say positive about this company.
I was also charge a $95 service fee (Not disclosed up front).
I ended up getting the work done by another company for less than $1K.
Stay FAR AWAY from these CROOKS!

The younge gentleman has worked very hard for over a week getting out gas pipes redone and replaced and everything back up and running. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done. Great service.

Wooten Knockout did a fantastic job. Our plumber was extremely personable and knowledgeable and was able to take care of both issues we had. Pricing was very reasonable, even on the weekend, and they were able to respond very quickly. Highly recommend.

Plumber said they would not go on roof to snake the main drain, although at the time it was warm and the roof is a mild slope. Then they charged $360 ($180 * 2) to remove and reinstall the toilet. What could have cost a couple hundred was almost $600 just to snake my main drain. Ridiculous charge, same service was done 6 months later for about $200 and a camera was used, ended up needing a total main drain line replacement and I could only imagine what they would have wanted to charge to correctly fix the problem. I do not recommend this company!

Whooten came to our rental home in Broken Arrow to clear a clogged drain problem. Their estimate was $16000. They assumed the problem was a broken pipe in the concrete slab but they were'nt sure. They wanted to cut the concrete and flooring from the living to bathroom. Their estimate to try to find the clog didn't include the repair of the flooring and concrete after they were done. I was charged $500 for this incompetent plumber's service call that found nothing. We called Rooto Rooter for a 2nd opionion. The Rooto Rooter technician smelled grease in the kitchen. He cleared the problem with a snake in about 10 minutes. Rooto Rooter's repair cost was $194.

Horrible. We had them come out about 4 to 5 months ago to fix a water leak. We asked for pex and they sloppily installed it, didn't make sure it was secure and they also damaged my wall and didn't fix it. We had to call them to come back out to fix what they didn't make sure was secure and to fix the hole they created. They secured the pex and didn't fix the wall and still charged an arm and a leg. We will never use them again. We make sure we tell everyone we know not use them.

In October, we had a pipe bust and flood our crawl space. After issues w/ our home warranty company, I looked up local plumbers and Wooten KO were the first company Google suggested. I called and scheduled an appointment the next day. Bradley & Tray came out, on time, and within an hour or so, they diagnosed the problem, went & picked up the supplies needed for the repair and had the job completed. Very professional. It’s been a month and we’ve had zero issues. Always calling this company first for any plumbing need.

Best plumbing company! Had a plumbing issue and Wooten was very fast to respond and set up an appointment very soon after I called. Trey from Wooten was very professional and kind. He fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. If I ever have another issue I’ll definitely call Wooten.

I've dealt with many many plumbers being a property manager and I will say they are some of the best! Scheduling was easy, they came out same day, the plumber communicated every step of the way and the price was very reasonable! Overall a great company with high professionalism!

Finally found a company that I will use from now on! Dawson and Cody with Wooten Knockout Plumbing were awesome! They came out same day and replaced my hot water heater, doing it fast and still being extra helpful and informative. Seriously the best service we have ever had! I will highly recommend them to everyone!
