Ok, at first I was going to derate this place heavily because as my wife was getting stalked by a creep in the naturals section, the security guard just kept breathing over down my neck because I was walking around with some Tylenol. Of course there are homeless in the area and the security guard is probably wise to maintain some vigilance. I would have preferred him direct his vigilance appropriately. My wife told me about the incident upon exiting the store and I gave the creep a well-deserved dirty look. Stressful but problem solved. But upon my second visit to the store I found the pharmacist to be very helpful finding a product (actually the one my wife had been searching for before). So okay. Security does have their hands full here. And security is not perfect. And I'm pretty sure your experience will be better than mine.

A lot of variation and the there is pharmacist who can guide y for the medicine and they speak English They are customer centric

J’ai été à Pharmaprix pour le service Moneygram. J’ai demandé à une employée si il y’avait ce service, elle s’est éloignée de moi comme si j’avais envahi son espace ( or que j’étais pas aussi proche d’elle) et m’a répondu avec beaucoup d’attitude et irrespect. Son ton m’a fâchée mais je n’ai rien dit je me suis dit qu’elle devrait passer par une journée un peu difficile et je suis partie voir ma mère au service postcanada pour envoyer de l’argent. Après je suis retournée au même rayon ( là où il y’a les médicaments à libre service rayon 2) et la a ma surprise 2 employées (celle qui était désagréable avec moi elle avait les cheveux mi longs brun clairs, yeux colorés et une autre avec un turban noire sur la tête) qui parlaient d’une autre cliente et l’avaient insulté j’ai entendu le F word ). J’aurais pu faire un scandale et intervenir dans leurs conversations ( j’étais à côté des 2 et elles ont même pas respecter le fait que je sois là ) Je ça inadmissible ( clairement la cliente s’est fâchée de l’attitude de la même employée et partie voir quelqu’un d’autre pour lui en parler) mais cette dernière a backer sa collègue et se sont toutes les 2 mises à parler mal de la cliente. Je ne comprends pas !! , si vous n’aimez pas servir les clients et répondre à de simples questions pourquoi travailler dans le service client. Je peux comprendre que des fois les clients peuvent être intenses, mais il y’a un minimum de respect et de politesses.Cet incident s’est passé il y’a quelques minutes ( Jeudi 25 septembre au rayon 2 plus précisément à 16:08)

Toujours propre et bien arrangé MAIS ses produits sont toujours plus chers que n'importe quels pharmacies. L'endroit de cette pharmacie est très délicate je suggère que le ou la propriétaire demande à la ville d'identifier une espace pour trois voitures au moins pour stationner temporaire sans avoir un ticket.

Coffee was amazing and the almond croissants were very good. More expensive than any other coffee shop we've stopped in to date. Very friendly

My mum and I were shopping there this afternoon, after grabbing 5 or 6 items that we need , we went to the self service counter to check-out. After we paid and collected everything in our " Paid bag", here came a female staff out of nowhere and almost jumped out of our faces , said " it is 40 cents for the bag" without any greeting , I said "I know it and I paid for it" , then I showed her the receipt. She took it answered " perfect " then just gone to mind her own things acting nothing had happened. Of course it was perfect until you annoyed us with your out of nowhere suspicious attitude! The worst pharmacy of all time ! By the way , when we headed home , I checked the receipt, they over changed us on a lipstick, I will go back to ask for the correction for sure and never return to this one for sure.

“My experience at the Pharmarix branch was unfortunately disappointing. The staff were quite rude and inattentive, showing very little interest in helping customers. When I asked for assistance, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. Additionally, the blood pressure machine was not working, which is a significant issue for a health-related service. Overall, the quality of service was low and definitely needs improvement.”
