I just finished the last class of the LEVEL 2 Swimming course and I can't believe how much I learned in 6 weeks!! I took a beginners course elsewhere about 2 years ago but I still didn't know how to do an actual lap without stopping (freestyle swimming with proper breathing). Through the 6 sessions, Losha really took the time to show the class how to do a proper lap in steps that were easy to understand. There were about 10-11 people in our class and he was still able to observe and help each person with the specific difficulties they were having. He really makes an effort to get to know you and the issues/concerns you have. One week I was having trouble turning my head without sinking and he showed me what I was doing wrong and told me what I should be doing so I wouldn't sink. He remembered the next week and followed up with me to see if I was still having trouble with it. I HIGHLY recommend taking one of Losha's classes!! His classes are very instructive and fun! I'm not afraid of the water but I do have a few friends who are and want to learn how to swim and I've already recommend him for the beginners course. Although I never took that class, there were several people in my class that had previously taken his beginners course and really enjoyed it. I feel like he would be a great teacher for someone who was afraid of water. He's friendly and funny and definitely makes you feel at ease in the water. Thank you Losha for an amazing class!!

When I initially enrolled in the program, I was swimming at a rate of 145 minutes per 100 meters for 500 meters, but I encountered a plateau and needed some extra guidance. After a few sessions with Coach Oleksii and diligently following the training plan he crafted, I successfully trimmed my time down to 1 minute and 35 seconds per 100 meters for 500 meters, all thanks to improving my technique. I am consistently advancing and eagerly looking forward to further enhancements. I wholeheartedly recommend Coach Oleksii's services, even for older swimmers like myself.

Awesome swim class I would recommend it to anyone beginners to advanced. I am a big wave surfer and boat captain and swim lessons Hawaii has taught me valuable techniques to staying calm in stressful situations as well as making my swim stroke more efficient and powerful. There very professional and they will treat you like family or as they call it in Hawaii - Ohana. Welcome to the family .

This company is a special one. Make sure you read the fine print and speak to someone in person before booking and paying for their service. They have no problem taking your money without providing without the service. They have a simple clause on the website, **NO REFUNDS**. Back story, I requested (6) private swimming lessons at (approx. $500). Their website says they travel anywhere to do the lessons. However, they primarily use Ala Moana Beach Park &Palama Settlement Pool. I live in the Pearl City area, and we have several community pools. Swim Lesson Hawaii  state they can't teach at those pools. It was not listed on the website. I found out after the fact. Because of my work and family obligations, I would not be able to drive to Honolulu (2-3) a week for lessons.  So I asked for a refund, and they said NO REFUND.  I did understand because nothing was scheduled, and they were not at a lose for answering the phone. I fully understand if a date had been scheduled or I had started the lesson plan and drop out. These all occurred in 48 hours. This was a money grab. Beware!!!

Our son has had a fear of water since a young age. Having him learning to swim was important for us living on an island. He started lessons in apprehension but quickly warmed up to Brett. Brett's calm, and personable demeanor almost immediately had our sons trust and he started looking forward to his lessons. After the first few weeks he was asking us to go swimming in the pool to practice almost daily. Our main goal was to get him comfortable in the water and I think we achieved that and beyond. I'm so happy I took the jump and signed up for swimming lessons during my stay in Hawaii; it was on the top of my bucket list. My instructor Caroline Cross was amazing! I was terrified to learn that I was going to swim in the ocean and not at a pool but she made me feel so comfortable during my lessons and confident of my abilities, will def take everything I've learned and continue on learning to become a better swimmer; I can't thank her enough for this experience :)

My boys loved Coach Brett. They looked forward to their swim lessons every week. They gained confidence in the water and enjoyed their lessons.

Coach Caroline is a very professional swimming coach. She is very patient and knows how to guide the kids learning from playing. My kid and her friend had 12 lessons with her and learned free style, breaststroke, backstroke…They were very happy! I strongly recommend Coach Coraline.
