I was in contact with the driver before the date we were going so was confident they would turn up on time going, and the return journey. We booked swift coach hire for a journey from Leicester to Manchester. Communication was great from the start - the driver , Ozyr, rang and checked we were all set for our journey, he was really cheerful and the same for the return. He arrived in plenty of time and introduced himself. He was really helpful and offered to charge my phone which was out of battery and played music that we wanted. He couldn't do enough for us and we were really happy with the service provided. Would definitely recommend to others in the future. Thank you!

Very positive experience with bus and driver hire. The journey was good. The driver was prompt and kept us updated on the outward and return journeys. We also greatly appreciated the professionalism and care when ensuring senior passengers were able to safely board and leave the vehicle.
