Swappa is the worst!!! Total scam!!! Worst customer support ever!!! Total liars!!!
Bought an LG G8 ThinQ phone. Used for around 700 days. It was advertised as new. Now it doesn't work with a single service provider!!! So basically it's a worthless piece of garbage. I have literally scoured the internet and every provider tells me it's not compatible. LG told me this phone is refurbished and not new and they lied to me. When Swappa customer service stopped responding for no reason and ghosted me, they only responded when I responded once more with a complaint to the BBB and completely lied in their response. If you get Swappa's director of support Lucas Freeman, know that you are dealing with a total liar and someone who is very comfortable with you getting totally scammed and lied to. Worst customer experience of all time.
