WORST EXPERIENCE In January 2023, I experienced a breast procedure with Dr. Tan Ying Chien that left me botched, costing nearly S$11,000 to fix. Despite raising concerns during multiple post-op visits, he repeatedly dismissed them as "normal." Seeking second and third opinions confirmed the poor results. The experience, including the high cost at SW1 Plastic Surgery Paragon, was deeply unprofessional and not worth it. I strongly advise finding a good surgeon who values patients and delivers quality results.

Been a patient of Doctor Tan Ying Chien since 2018 and had three procedures done by him so far. I must say Doctor Tan is the epitome of a professional and affable plastic surgeon who is equipped with an advanced level of expertise. I am very happy and satisfied with the natural and realistic results of the works painstakingly performed by him, with the assistance of his competent team which provides the BEST customer service and care even more so during and post procedures. All was thoughtfully and efficiently handled, always. Everyone is genuinely sincere and warm though the name SW1 seems so intimidatingly atas! 😂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Doctor Tan and his wonderful team of Angels, especially Amber and Sabrina 🫶

Done my Motiva Joy breast augmentation at SW1 paragon with Dr Tan Ying Chien on June 2024. Now I feel my breast getting softer and softer and also look very natural. Scar was healed well and not obvious after 2 months. Thanks to the team, professional skill and details advice from Dr Tan. Very caring nursing team that helps a lot during the surgery and after. They let me stay in a rest room until I feel totally awake and ready.

I had a wonderful experience with the SW1 plastic surgery team. Had my BA done with Dr. Tan. Dr Tan and his staff provided good pre and post surgery support, and the procedure was a success with no visible wounds.
