Dr. Marting is amazing. He is the first dentist ever to numb my mouth without causing any pain. I couldn't believe it. The dental assistant and staff were professional and courteous. It seemed as if they cared about me as a person. This was the best dentist I have ever worked with, by far.
Dr Martin is amazing and very gentle. The hygienists are always amazing as well. The front desk staff is the reason for my 3 stars. A temp crown fell off after 46 hours and it was a hassle to find time that worked with my schedule to get it put back on. Then upon getting there at the agreed upon time the front desk told me I didn’t have an appointment and it turns out I was speaking to the same lady that made the appointment and she had put my appointment under someone else’s name. Being rude to patients is the fastest way to lose patients. Thankfully all the people actually doing the work have been amazing.

I was seen on 8/13 by Dr. Jessica and dental hygienist Rebecca. They both provided excellent care! I highly recommend this office.
My grandma went to see Dr. Martin for a root canal, he knew and understood her fears. He guided her through the whole process. She felt no pain and his assistant/staff was excellent. I would recommend him to all my family n friends
His hands were like angels. He restored my faith in dentist. The dental office was clean and everyone was beyond friendly.
Laney is an excellent gentle hygienist I appreciate her, my doctors are excellent also Dr. Jessica and Dr. Cody Whitworth and his assistant at Beltline dental. Provide excellent service.
BEWARE: in reviewing our bill, we discovered that we were charged a credit card processing fee of 30%!!! THIRTY! Multiple staff members have acknowledged this should have been 3%, but we’ve been chasing them for over two weeks now for a refund. I’m not sure what they still have to “figure out.”
Also, my husband had a similar procedure done for another tooth at a different dentist for a tenth of the cost!
I feel scammed.
My family and I have been seeing art Martin for almost 10 years. The hygienists are wonderful. Everyone is always thorough and very caring. They have always been great with my kids… so now I have teenagers that know the importance of taking care of their teeth.
I always have the best check ups at Spring Valley Dental! The staff at the front desk is very welcoming and polite! The hygienists are very personable and make sure you are comfortable during your procedure. They are engaging and get to know you as a person! The dentist, Dr. Jessica, is also very personable and remembers her patients. She gives you praise for taking care of your teeth! It’s an overall feeling that you matter and you’re not just another patient or a number! Finally the décor of the office is beautiful and very classy! Great dental group!
I absolutely love this office! The staff are ALWAYS friendly, accommodating. Dr. Jessica is the absolute best! The care and concern she has while she is providing care is next-level. From the way she distracts and constantly checking on you throughout the procedure, she's awesome. I've referred a lot of people already, and will continue to. Highly recommend!
Dr. Prograis and the team here are excellent! I have severe anxiety, which gets worse at the dentist. They are always so kind and supportive anytime I go in!
