BEWARE: in reviewing our bill, we discovered that we were charged a credit card processing fee of 30%!!! THIRTY! Multiple staff members have acknowledged this should have been 3%, but we’ve been chasing them for over two weeks now for a refund. I’m not sure what they still have to “figure out.”
Also, my husband had a similar procedure done for another tooth at a different dentist for a tenth of the cost!
I feel scammed.
I always have the best check ups at Spring Valley Dental! The staff at the front desk is very welcoming and polite! The hygienists are very personable and make sure you are comfortable during your procedure. They are engaging and get to know you as a person! The dentist, Dr. Jessica, is also very personable and remembers her patients. She gives you praise for taking care of your teeth! It’s an overall feeling that you matter and you’re not just another patient or a number! Finally the décor of the office is beautiful and very classy! Great dental group!
I absolutely love this office! The staff are ALWAYS friendly, accommodating. Dr. Jessica is the absolute best! The care and concern she has while she is providing care is next-level. From the way she distracts and constantly checking on you throughout the procedure, she's awesome. I've referred a lot of people already, and will continue to. Highly recommend!
I have a unnatural fear of going to the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned but today my experience has been the best every Kelly the dental hygiene was amazingly superb. She made me feel relaxed and answered my many questions she even got me a blanket. I had no pain or sensitivities which, I experience in the pass.
Then when Dr Jessica Prograis saw me she was amazing as well explaining to me about one of my teeth I have a issuse with that I choice to have extracted but she was very honest pros and cons on the choices she gave me. I been to a few dentist in the area and this is by far the best experience for me. Thank you Spring Valley Dental in O'Fallon.
These people are unbelievable! My daughter is a disabled vet. She has recently been hospitalized for over 75 days in the past 3 months. She is Not a new patient and has Never missed or been late to an appointment. Today she called to say she was running late to get to her appointment and asked to reschedule. She was treated abominably by the woman on the phone and refused future treatment ever. What kind of way is this to treat anyone!! I will make a point to tell anyone and everyone NOT TO GO HERE FOR TREATMENT. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, AWEFUL SHAME ON YOU.
I would never recommend this office.The front office staff is rude and aggressive. Their policies are unreasonable (zero tolerance for a missed visit even when you call ahead). I wish I could give them zero stars. It appears obvious that they make enough that losing patients does not bother them.
