Such a great place for a longer stay! The location is excellent - quiet but conveniently close to the Old City and Nimman. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and appreciated the keyless entry to both the building and apartment. The apartment had everything I needed including a well-equipped kitchen, an iron, and plenty of cleaning supplies and trash bags (which is rare for month-long stays). The gym was a nice bonus, the neighbors were friendly, and the golf course view was lovely. I was a little worried about the water pressure and the airplane/mower noise mentioned in other reviews, but I didn’t find either to be an issue at all.

A lovely place with a caring host. I especially loved being next to Wat Suan Dok, where I could enjoy peaceful morning walks, something that’s not always easy in Chiang Mai because of the traffic and motorbikes. Sense Onsen and fernpresso Café are both within walking distance, which made the location even better. Thank you for creating such a thoughtful and comfortable place to stay.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, moderne Kunstwerke geben einen besonderen Touch. Alles was einen Aufenthalt vereinfacht ist vorhanden, von Küchengeräten über Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen zu ausreichend Stauraum. Die Gastgeber Ead und Anyarat sind unglaublich reaktionsschnell, z. B. wurde ein defekter Toaster schnellstens ersetzt. Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt mit einem kleinen, separaten Schlafzimmer. Beide Bereiche habe eigene Klimaanlagen. Ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler war, dass das Wasser manchmal zu heiß aus Wasserhähnen und Dusche kam, obwohl der Durchlauferhitzer ausgeschaltet war. Im Allgemeinen eine ruhige Lage, nur ab und zu sind Flugzeuge und Golfplatzrasenmäher zu hören. Das Internet ist schnell und zuverlässig. Wir haben den fast siebenwöchigen Aufenthalt als sehr gut empfunden und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay over the past five weeks. The condo was in a perfect location for my work at the hospital, but also for tourist activities around the city & province. The airport is easily accessible to go away - eg. to Khao Sok - for weekends. The hosts were incredibly responsive, kind and friendly. They arranged for a cleaner to come weekly which worked perfectly. The facilities, such as the washing machine & drying rack were incredibly useful. As a lone woman, I felt very safe in the building which has friendly neighbours, a helpful receptionist & multiple layers of security. Chiang Mai is a wonderful city and this property makes a comfortable and unforgettable stay. 10/10 recommend to anyone going to Chiang Mai. Thank you so much for having me!

Thank you for a great stay. The location was ideal for me, very little outside noise yet conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive, and any concerns I had were attended to promptly with the utmost care. They even had a new standing desk delivered which helped me greatly with getting work done. The apartment was simple but had everything I needed and was spotless upon my arrival. The only challenge I encountered was the neighbor, who another reviewer had mentioned previously. They were very aggressive and rather rude when they felt the TV was a bit too loud. They caused significantly more of a disturbance pounding on the door than the TV ever did. It seemed they were looking for any reason to complain, so I would recommend keeping the volume less than 20%. But that was just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here.

第一次使用爱比迎，且是第一次在境外旅居，开始还是很有顾虑的，幸而Ead是有经验的房东，管家也很有责任意识，沟通及时顺畅，问题都能得到解答。房子符合我选择的条件，高尔夫球场的景致晨昏皆美，唯一的缺点是早上球场要除草，晚上机场起飞的飞机比较多，我用早晚的冥想化解了这些杂音，充分地享用了这片绿色每日生灭的幻境，甚妙也。

Great apartment in a perfect location—easy 15-minute walk to the Old Town! Everything is thoughtfully provided down to the smallest details, and the place is beautifully decorated with modern art pieces that add a stylish touch. Hosts Ead and Anyarat are incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely caring—always quick to help with any questions. The apartment itself is excellent, and the pool is on the cooler side (which was actually a plus for refreshing swims). No crowds at all, just peaceful vibes. You can hear occasional planes taking off and golf course lawnmowers during the day, but otherwise it's quiet and serene. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a calm base near the action! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at the apartment for 6 weeks in Dec / Jan. We did have some random issues early in our stay, but I would add that Ead, the owner, although not on hand did respond very promptly to our messages and did do her best to resolve things.Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The location suited us very well, between the old town and Nimman. Although restaurant eateries were a bit limited locally it was easy enough to walk into the old town or Nimman. Staff at the condo, the building manager and security, were very friendly and helpful despite our limited Thai.A bit of a disappointment was the pool. A great pool, a full 25m length and well maintained, but as it is on the north side of the Condo block it did not get any real sun during the day. During our visit it was a chilly 18 deg C. Also, as the whole pool area is shaded it’s not possible to sun bathe there.

The apartment is great. My wife and I stayed for 4 weeks. The space was perfect for us. The bathroom was a nice size. The living room area was spacious and open. There’s a full dining room table and another small table on the balcony. The bedroom has a full size bed and a desk. And the fiber internet was rock solid.The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils. There was a French press for coffee, a kettle for hot water and a rice cooker.It’s a great choice for a long stay. The neighborhood is residential. You won’t see a lot of tourists around and the walk to old town is 20-25 minutes, and you could get to Maya Mall or one Nimman in not much longer.You should be aware that the condo is kind of near to the airport so you’ll hear planes flying over. It’s also right next to a temple so you’ll hear loudspeaker broadcasts in the afternoons. Neither of which were deal breakers for us. Especially since it was quiet otherwise. I slept great.
