Reliable and top quality
We had a Level 3 survey carried out by Mr. Tom Sikorski and he has been absolutely fantastic! The report was detailed and he clearly had surveyed the whole house with a lot of care and attention. He provided us with lots of photos, used a drone to take photos of the roof etc. He also gave us advice and made recommendations about next steps. We are very grateful for all of his support with this. Thank you!!

I can not recommend Tomasz for his surveyor services enough. He was able to do a very last-minute survey for me on behalf of my grandad days before Christmas. The communication was excellent and second to none, and at a very reasonable price, especially when most other surveyors I called gave me the ‘run around’. I have finally sat down to go through the documentation that Tomasz emailed me a day later after visiting the property and I am blown away at the detail given. It is very professional, well documented and extremely thorough. Tomasz is very polite, respectable, hardworking and eager to work. His passion for his work is evident based on my experience.

Service from Tomasz was excellent; he was very responsive and flexible with fitting in our survey; he provided all his credentials readily and he took care of arrangements with estate agent. Our Homebuyers survey was comphensive and thorough, pointing to some faults others had missed but not unecessarily alarmist, and Tomasz was happy to talk through. Service was brilliantly quick- 100 page tailored report in the next day. Highly recommened and very well priced.

A great experience with SurveyAll. I have booked a buy to let survey to ensure the property I was cosidering to purchase is compliant before the start of tenancy. The survey was completed a couple of days after I have agreed the fee and the the report exceeded my expectations, highlighting very important and costly to rectify issues.
