Had 2 pot lights burn out on us and met Ouri through Home Stars. After discussing options we opted on new LED lights for the cct as well as LED under counter lights to replace the halogens we had. Great coordination and communication. Very patient with us as we worked through options. Work was done quickly and on budget.

I contacted Surrge, and Perry quickly replied back that he was able to accommodate my request to change a light fixture. Ouri contacted me via email and text and he arrived right on time. He came with a mask and wore covers on his shoes, and made me feel safe. He was very professional and provided feedback as to the appropriate height for the heavy ceiling fixture I purchased. Greatly appreciated and will use their service again.

Ouri did a fantastic job, going over and above what would be expected. They upgraded my panel to 200A, and while we ran into some issues with Toronto Hydro, Ouri made sure that we would have power despite the re hook up not going as expected. Excellent communication, professionalism, price, and workmanship.

Excellent people to deal with. Perry provided the quote over email and Ouri came and did the work. The work was done on time, I got what I was expecting and the site was left neat and clean. The best part was there was no nickle and dimming. The price was as per the quote and some additional work was also quoted and charged as per quote. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
