Very impressed with Supreme Gate! Due to a misunderstanding on my part, they did not have the gate I needed in stock. They put 3 guys on the job and had my gate welded up and ready in less than 20 minutes! The pricing was fair, they had everything I needed, and the service was outstanding! I wonder if the guy working here that I talked to owns the place? Because if you don’t, I’m sure the owner would love to know how unwilling he is to take and work. I came in to get a gate for the mail room at our Apartments. We only about 30 properties here in Houston and looking for somebody we can count on for fencing and gating when we need it. All he had to do was give me an ordinary little gate door, and we could put a keypad on it ourselves, but he said they do none of that all they do is basic gates. He said that it will not work with us in anyway we have to take what they got. I would think it’s pretty hard to make it in this business especially with the way things are right now when you’re not willing to work with your customers at all. Maybe he is the owner or heat the owner knows that they have enough work to not worry about it. Glad to see they’re doing so good. Best of luck!

I had a very disappointing experience working with them. They doubled the advertised price by adding hidden charges for accessories. My wife and I visited in person to choose the gate and agreed with the prices, but after that, they stopped responding to calls and emails. I do not recommend doing business with them.

te dejan muchos detalles y claro yo confíe en ellos y les pagué todo y después ya no vinieron a hacer los detalles les estuve marcando muchas veces y que mañana voy y que el lunes y así por meses y hasta que por fin vinieron hacer un mínimo detalle y toda vía les digo que cuando van a venir a terminar todos los detalles y se pone grosero y lo demás sigo esperando pero eso sí para cobrar son bien exactos y el trabajo que le di no fue tan chico fue un trabajo más ho menos pero bueno esoe pasa por confiado

These people are rude and thiefs, they tried to overcharge me after they had given me a price, when I called them out on it they pretended that it was a mistake which it wasn't. They became very rude and refused to sell me what I was short on the fence. I would not do business with dishonest people.

These guys did a amazing job on a gate and fence installation. They showed up when they said and finished up in a couple of hours leaving my yard just like is was when they showed up.
