My onboarding procedure was very smooth and professional. I initially, had a phone call interview with Danielle who was extremely polite and thorough in discussing with me what my ideal working arrangements were and salary. Afterwards, Samantha completed my administrative application and completed my document checks and sent the required training. Danielle, Samantha and Eli, have all been very flexible, friendly and polite. They have communicated well with me and have assisted in finding regular work for me. All are very prompt to help with any enquiries. My overall experience with the Supply Register has been greatly positive, thanks to Danielle, Samantha and Eli. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a supportive agency to work with.

I wasted 2 months of my time with this agency. I dealt with a lady called Fahmina,who was completely unprofessional and ignorant. I think she did not know what she was doing. She kept asking for documents after I had already sent her everything. One day she told me my file was complete and I was ready to be discharged,and 2 days after she started again to ask me for other docs. Completely unorganized and useless. We need more professional people to work,that is the truth.

After the cut backs during late summer I was faced with the daunting task of finding a new school, I was recommeneded TSR by a good friend and within days I had an email back. Filled in the paperwork and had a telephone interview... so quick, easy and Joe has been amazing creating my profile. Within the first week of Sept I had work! I've had the pleasure of working for this agency for 3 months, and I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, Sam has been kind and extremely helpful. Communication has always been efficient, and you are updated regularly with dates & times of work. The team are very approachable, and will help out in any way they can. This has been a great job for me, as I've been able to choose which dates I work based around my other part time beauty job. I couldn't recommend this friendly and professional team enough.
