I had a situation which required an urgent transfer of my outgoing helper and thanks to proactiveness of Shine who worked till midnight on a Saturday night, the transfer was successfully effected within 2 days! Shine is truly amazing, very dedicated and responsive

I was impressed how Shini have conducted herself when I needed assistance in transferring a maid to my nephew. She only had 3days to do the transfer before the maid fly off. She did the paperwork and even took an extra mile to work at midnight to get the temporary wp. I was very impress at her professionalism in handling the current employer of the maid n the soon to be employer. She was very precise n detailed in explanation of the procedure n carried out her duties with pride. Well done.

Supermaids have been very great! It is our first helper so we were quite lost in what to do and they helped a lot by handling all the paperwork and logistics making it very smooth and easy for us. Our helper has also been very good and is learning very quickly.
