I scheduled with Dave Lewis After he gave me a great price to clean my dryer vent last week. He called me 30 mins prior to the scheduled arrival time abd said he was busy with another job. He asked me to send pics of my laundry room after I mentioned it's small. He said he would get back to me to reschedule. I sent him many photos showing the space and where he could position his machine in order to run rhe hose to the dryer vent. He never got back to me. I sent another text asking if he recieved my pics. All he said was Yes. That was it.He never offered to reschedule or said why. He never responded back to me.
How incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional esp. after we discussed my concern about the dryer vent being clogged.
Then he sends me a card to thank me for my business.
Wtf.
This guy is a Loser with a capital L.
Dave and his crew displayed excellent communication and professionalism whilst dealing with a water damage fiasco concerning my toilet overflowing. I am pleased to say that the job was done efficiently and for a good price. Highly recommend!

WOW!!! Such a friendly and supportive restoration company. I was sooooo stressed out after the fire. They came in and calmed me down. They took care of everything including the insurance company. I highly recommend them.

This team is exceptional. I had a horrific odor issue in a tiny attic nook left from a previous bat issue. After the initial consult, I was scheduled quickly, the work was completed in the timeframe allotted and was wonderfully done. If and when I need their services again, I won't hesitate to use Superior again after such a great experience.

5 stars for sure!!! It was a good experience with Superior Flood. I called on a Saturday of a 3 day holiday weekend, Dave showed up in 40 minutes, handled my water loss with such professionalism. He came by everyday to check on the humidifiers. Very pleased with that outcome. Thanks Dave!

Dave Lewis came out so fast! Flooded toilet upstairs caused water to travel down wall into garage. He put us at ease after inspecting walls and affected areas. Great to know someone is looking out and taking it serious. He's been in the area for a long time and is extremely dependable and honest!

Had our ducts cleaned by Superior Flood and Fire Restoration. The techs, Cisco and Christian, were very open to listening to our concerns throughout the process. They paid very good attention to detail and explained everything that was being done to our satisfaction. We really wanted to improve our air quality due to asthma problems we had. Dave, the owner, gave us a 10% senior discount as well. We can breathe much more better now and highly recommend them. They were on time and were almost immediately available to do the job. Will be using them for other issues in the future. We are so thankful that we found them!!
