We had an exceptional experience with Betterliving Sunrooms, specifically with our representative, William Siembor. From the start, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest; his friendly demeanor and sense of humor made the entire process stress-free.
Will spent nearly four hours on our property, taking the time to carefully measure our space, provide multiple design options, and—most importantly—ask the right questions while truly listening to our needs. He is a genuinely good person who knows his craft extremely well, which is exactly what we were looking for.
An unexpected moment occurred when a few horses got loose on our farm; without hesitation, Will, dressed in his business attire and city shoes, joined my husband and our farm managers to help get them back into the pasture!🐎After a good laugh, he came back in and picked up right where he left off. As I said, he is a true professional and a genuinely good guy.
He was highly organized, coordinating with the right people to ensure our project starts and remains on track while meeting our desired timeline. It was most impressive to hear him speak so proudly of Betterliving Sunrooms’ history and the team behind the company. To top it off, he even called the owner to congratulate us on our purchase and provided his personal contact information should we have any questions or concerns.

Over all project i am happy with. But, workers arrived at 10am took hour lunch and left by 2 or 3 o’clock. Very very frustrating. Took longer than expected.
My parents got a sunroom about 2 years ago and they were very happy with all the people involved in making it happen. It was a great experience and would recommend them to all. Our family now loves and use it often.

We've had our Better Living Sunroom for several years now and it's been fantastic. High quality materials, great people who construct it, very responsive office if questions etc. When we first bought, the warranty was a big selling point. But that was years and years ago. Recently I needed to use the warranty for a very small leak that happened only when it rained hard. I thought, I wonder if this was too good to be true. Not at all. The folks at Better Living took care of us with speed, friendliness, and quality, just like I was promised all those years ago. Their installation people have been doing this a long time and know what they're doing. I would 1000% recommend. Worth it, and trustworthy.

Jordan came out to give my husband and I the demo for a sunroom that we wanted to add to our house. Jordan was nice but we explained to him that I didn't want to use my name on this project so only use my husband. Well he spent almost four hours in our house and gave us a price of seventy thousand dollars. My husband said that if he couldn't get a loan then we wouldn't be doing it. My husband didn't realize that his credit was ran but it wasn't enough for the project. As I'm sitting in my car i received an text and email saying that I applied for a loan which I didn't. I'm glad I had lifelock because they were on it. I had to put a fraud alert on my husband's account and on mines. As I'm calling the owner of the company to find out who ran my credit he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about so each time I talked to him I recorded our conversations because now he's lying to me. I asked him to email me the information showing that we were no longer interested in doing the sunroom and we had to put a fraud alert and credit freeze on our credit. The fraud alert came back to this company using my information without my permission and I still haven't received the email from them yet. I'm glad I looked up the reviews on them because I was informed that it's a lot of people who they have done wrong and still in court with this side hustle company. I got a second quote for a sunroom and it was under forty-five thousand so basically this company was not only trying to run my credit, but use the extra money to pocket it. My husband and I went to the police and gave them this company name and number. We were told since they didn't want to send us the email for the fraud alert that we needed a police report so that's what we did. I have each phone call recorded and my text messages showing that he just stopped communicating with me because they got caught using our information without our consent. Now we are waiting to see if the fraud department wants us to file charges against this company. Please do your research on anyone you plan on doing business with that your giving your personal information to cause these guys not only were trying to get extra money for their pockets but used my info without my permission. That A+ from the BBB is a lie. I can post screenshots showing how he just stopped talking to me once he noticed the fraud alerts were put on our accounts and that we might be going to court soon. After all of this i wouldn't even allow them on my property to build a dog house. Everyone do your research and get more than one quote. Every company i spoke with told me that they have current customer's who has had a bad experience with this company. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! We understand how frustrating it can be when financing does not go as expected, and we want to provide clarity.
Betterliving does not run credit or submit financing applications without a completed and signed credit application provided by the customer and proper authorization, and all financing is completed directly with the lending institution. The signed agreement clearly states the project is contingent upon bank financing approval, and because financing was not approved in full, the contract was automatically canceled and no deposit was collected.
We have clear written documentation on file confirming the authorization, the financing process, and the contract terms, and have communicated these details clearly. We categorically deny any allegations of fraud or misuse of personal information and remain available to address any questions directly.

Our sunroom addition was done 6 years ago. We enjoy the comforts of it everyday and have no regrets.
During the build, most workers and staff, were professional and pleasant. If ever an issue arose, they were quick to find an amicable solution. Kudos to Tom, for his dedication, professionalism and fine work.
I recently had a consultation with Will about upgrading to be more energy efficient. I am pleased to see that he too was quite informative, professional and pleasant. No means no!!!!!! Wanted almost 90k for a sunroom not even a large one at all and 3 season, even Wanted us to hire another contractor to put floors in? All we wanted was a quote and never expected a price of almost 90k, I can get my whole house bumped out for 20k and when we said we would still talk about, this guy didnt want to leave our home. It already took 2 hours and we had to go pick up our son, this dude crosses his legs and wants to discuss a load or using our house as collateral which we are NOT doing! My wife said he starts throwing his stuff in the bag and all the friendly small talk completely stopped...dead silence from him. Nope never again, I would rather learn how to do it myself than deal with these companies ever again even for quotes!!!! 90k you are completely crazy
