From the informative consultation to the efficient installation, their professionalism and expertise were evident every step of the way. The team was punctual, respectful of my property, and adhered to all safety protocols. I am already seeing significant savings on my energy bills. The only area for improvement would be a more proactive post-installation follow-up to address any questions. Overall, I highly recommend Sun Energy for their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

We're very pleased with our new SunEnergy 10 kWh solar battery system. Callum McIver was very helpful throughout the process! The installation went well and we were soon using most of our solar energy and very little grid power, even in mid winter.

Got Sun Energy to install an Alpha ESS 10kWh battery storage to go with a Fronius PV system installed by others earlier at my home. Prior to selecting Alpha ESS, I read many negative reviews for this brand but their prices were extremely competitive when compared to BYD or Tesla. I got several quotes before choosing Sun Energy. They weren’t the cheapest but they were located centrally (next to the CBD) and thus easily to get to physically should there be any issues (not hiding behind answering machines and call centres). Their office looked very professional and modern. Their sales rep, David, was very knowledgeable and responsive to the numerous questions I had when I went to their office with no prior set appointment. These observations gave me the confidence to go with Sun Energy and Alpha ESS. The installed took place within two weeks of me awarding them the contract. The install went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. After a couple of days’ operation, I noticed an odd behavior with the battery discharging first thing in the morning. I raised it with Sun Energy who in turn immediately raised a ticket with Alpha ESS. The issue was resolved later the same day via an online update without needing any input from me. Having seen Sun Energy and Alpha ESS working, I am now looking at getting Sun Energy to add another 10kWh module and even add PV panels.

Jodie and her team were excellent and will be recommending them to do everyone. Callum from the office needs a special thank you for his quick and thorough actions to put the deal in place and arrange the day and time for the fitout.

The process of getting solar organised for my home was very pleasant thanks to the knowledge and expertise of Callum. He explained the whole process thoroughly to me, and answered all my questions. He was very helpful. Thanks for everything Callum. I would also like to thank and commend Liam and his team for a speedy installation. Great job guys! Thanks.
