I chose a SunPower certified solar installer for my Tesla Powerwall installation because my builder used SunPower for my solar panels, and I wanted a company with the same certification. From the initial consultation to the design, installation, and permitting, the process was seamless. They offered a more affordable quote compared to several other companies I inquired with. On the day of installation, their team, including Norman and Diego, was incredibly approachable. They walked me through the process, explained how long it would take, and provided clear instructions. They were very accommodating. A few months later, a minor hiccup came up during a home inspection where it was discovered that the electrical panels were missing some hole coverings. This could potentially allow rodents to enter. However, as soon as I reported this to the company, they promptly rectified the issue within the same week, without any fuss. Overall, my experience with this SunPower certified installer was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for solar solutions.

I feel compelled to share my experience, as I'm once again reminded of how lucky we were to choose SunQuest Energy for our solar installation. They set up our system about three years ago, and the entire team, including Diego, Norman, and Malik, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was initially clueless about the whole process, but they guided me every step of the way. Since the installation, our solar system has been running without a hitch. It's quite impressive how smoothly it transitions to battery power during power outages. In fact, we often don't even realize there's a power cut until we notice the neighborhood lights are off. Despite our high electricity usage, our energy bills are almost non-existent, or extremely minimal, thanks to our solar system. The team at SunQuest Energy has always been quick to respond whenever I've had any questions. Before finding them, I had encountered many shady salespeople from other solar companies. I also met several people who were highly dissatisfied with the solar company they had chosen. It makes me and my spouse feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen SunQuest Energy for our solar needs.

We engaged a solar installer to develop an off-grid system for us, which powers our lights, water pump, stove fan, air filtration, comfort fan, 2 phones, 2 laptops, speakers, power tools (including a power saw used occasionally), blender, and mini-coffee pot. We experienced two outages during the winter, which were due to heavy snowfall and insufficient sweeping of the solar panels. However, we managed to switch to grid power using the conveniently placed input. These outages could have been avoided if we had optimally positioned our vehicle to make the most of the installed array tilt mechanism (we left the panels flat on the roof throughout the winter). The installation process by Malik and Norman was swift, and the racking was sturdy. We haven't experienced any leaks so far, and I don't anticipate any in the future. The entire system cost us around 2k. It has enabled us to enjoy all the modern technological comforts wherever we can park with decent solar access. The savings on rent have been significant. If you're a young adult trying to establish yourself, you might feel like you're losing all your savings and on the verge of homelessness, but thanks to this system, we've been able to live comfortably and even save a bit! We're grateful for this excellent deal and I'd readily recommend this solar installer to anyone. Thanks, Gerald, for your help with the system!

We chose SunQuest Energy based on friend's recommendations and our interaction with Malik (sales) and Jeff (company owner). We couldn't be more thrilled with their proficient collaboration. During the project planning and budgeting phase, Malik and Jeff demonstrated honesty, expertise, and responsiveness (they were always available to take our calls or promptly returned them). They patiently addressed all our queries and were genuinely interested in helping us select the system that best suited our needs. Schedule an appointment with them as soon as possible! Furthermore, we were all amazed by how great we felt once the solar panels were installed and operational. Observing your home power itself through the app, while simultaneously helping the environment, reducing your costs, and preparing for potential power outages is truly remarkable! We are so pleased that Malik and Jeff recommended the Enphase system with I8 micro-convertors and batteries. For us, the Enphase system offers so much more and is safer than other systems.

We're currently leasing a solar system from SunQuest Energy, which was installed around seven years back. The system is performing according to its design and over the years, improvements to the SunQuest Energy website have increased our satisfaction with the company's overall performance. With the addition of an EV and a hot tub to our household, our energy consumption has risen so we explored the possibility of adding more panels. Jeff, our consultant from the company, was the one who facilitated the engineering assessment for the added capacity. He was quite knowledgeable, amiable and efficient. However, we eventually chose not to go ahead with the additional installation as the available roof surfaces were partly shaded and the required number of panels would have been too much for the roofline. Over time, we've noticed an improvement in the customer service from SunQuest Energy and we are very satisfied. Based on our experience, we have no complaints about the services.

We had been utilizing our solar pool heating system that came with our home when we bought it. However, after a few leaks and repairs over the years, we noticed fresh drips from our roof and realized it was time to consider a new system. We decided to consult with a few people before making a decision. Our second call was to SunQuest Energy. When Malik answered the phone promptly, we were immediately impressed. His willingness to visit either the next day or the day after also made a positive impression. During the appointment, Malik's professional greeting and polite demeanor further impressed us, instilling a sense of trust. After his presentation about the products SunQuest Energy uses, we were ready to move forward and chose to go with them. We are extremely satisfied with the new installations. Jeff, the technician, did an outstanding job! He was also polite, friendly and completed the work promptly. We are thrilled with our decision to go with SunQuest Energy. The warmth of our pool is much improved and we adore the automatic system too! We are so grateful to Malik and Jeff for enhancing our pool experience.

Gerald and Diego added more panels and an energy storage unit at my place in Ponte Vedra Beach. They installed top-of-the-line Q-cell panels and a high-quality Tesla battery. Both are functioning just as expected and I'm quite satisfied with their output. From the standpoint of installation, Gerald and Diego were both highly skilled and did a commendable job. The installation process spanned over four days and they ensured that all electrical parts were neatly fitted. The battery was strategically placed inside the garage. Although the entire installation process stretched over three months, the bright side is that it was done meticulously and with great attention to detail. There were a few hiccups, but multiple emails were sent to the home office to keep them updated about the progress and any technical issues encountered. This helped in scheduling the completion of the installation in a timely manner, so that the county inspector could approve the system. From signing the contract to the system becoming fully operational, the entire journey took ten months. But, the wait was worth it as the system is now running smoothly and efficiently. I would say my experience with the solar installation was overall positive. Norman, Gerald and Diego did an amazing job.

Gerald was very professional, setting up a call to explain my quote and answer all my questions about solar panels and batteries. They managed to design a solar system that suited my $200 per month electricity bill. Initially, I was somewhat apprehensive about proceeding, but they allayed all my fears by answering all my queries. They kept me in the loop with constant email updates and numerous phone calls. From handling the permit process and installation to overseeing the inspection and monitoring, they took care of everything. I can confidently give them a 5 STAR RATING for their top-quality work and the peace of mind they offered. After witnessing a year of savings, we're now considering getting a Tesla Powerwall for our house. Their customer service was truly exceptional.
