On the recommendation of a neighbor, I had them install a whole house humidifier and an air purification system last year. Very happy with that experience. I recently signed up for an annual service contract and the technician was just here. Very polite, very professional, very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sullivan HVAC for any service needs, system upgrades, or maintenance contracts. Very easy to reach them and schedule appointments as well.

Been a customer since 2018 no problems until the recent install of our new furnace. Paid a deposit and financed the remaining amount through Mitsubishi home credit account which paid the remaining amount owed.
Well the install took longer then what I was told it would be 2 days and it ended up being done over a 3 week period. Told they were in the process of changing ownership and a new computer program, manpower issues and such. Job got done and everything is working. However now the billing is all messed up they still say I owe them the balance for the furnace but it was paid and I showed them the proof in person was told it would get resolved but 2 weeks later it was not and they are again charging me a finance charge for money That had been paid to them already. I believe this is messing with the auto delivery I was told I am on but I see I’m running low again and I have no idea if and when they will be doing this. The last time I called for a fill it took almost 10 days for them to come out and it was after I personally went to the office to resolve the billing problem and was told it would be corrected and the fill would be done that week well the next week I again had to call them. I am concerned as this cold weather is causing my usage to be high and I am concerned of losing power, and running out of propane to power the generator, and when we will be getting a fill. No customer should be left feeling they are being ignored and that is why the 2 star rating they were good up until the furnace project and now my account is messed up. Funny this is a simple issue to resolve but for some reason it is not getting fixed. I guess I’ll have to call a beg for them for a refill. I hope I’m wrong
I have been a customer for 8 years. Never had a problem. Last November, 2024 they got new people in and a new software upgrade. Last week my oil was getting very low, I called asking when my next delivery was due because my tank was low and the frigid weather. No delivery. I called a week later, oh we will try to get someone out today if not tomorrow. No delivery. Called the next day. My tank was near empty. Oh tomorrow for sure. No delivery. Woke up today house frigid Cold tank is empty. No hot water. Called again. We will be there today. I'm on the budget plan. This should have never happened.
I've called so many places in the area for propane, at least 7, and compared to every one, this company is EXCEPTIONALLY fair with prices and fees. No gimmick discount programs or ridiculous add-on costs. I've been working with Mark and he is very down-to-earth, helpful and professional. Whoever I speak to at the company seems to be the same way. I highly recommend Sullivan!
I could not be happier with their service. Our gas furnace was not staying on while lit and Sullivan was able to have a technician over the next day. The technician (Jack) took the time to make sure the broken part was covered under warranty so we wouldn't be unnecessarily charged for the part. He picked up the part and had it installed in less than 45 minutes. Pricing was reasonable. Would 100% use again.
Special thanks to Ron and the Sullivan team for working on short notice with us in July 2024 to install a HVAC system during very hot weather. We had family coming to visit from Germany and the weather was predicted to be very hot and humid during their time here. Ron proposed a plan to utilize part of our existing system, that Sullivan installed previously, secured the materials and completed the project within just 2 weeks. Our house is now completely heated and cooled by the HVAC split systems installed by the Sullivan team. Everyone involved in all the projects were very courteous, cooperative and worked in a professional manner. We have been a Sullivan customer for about 7 years and look forward to many more years of reliable and quality service.
We have used this company for the heating system two times, Our heater wasn't working, and this time their employee had a new one, he said he needed to change a set of pumps so went to their company to get a new pump, and when came back it still didn't work so He went back again, and it wasted a lot of time to replace the pump three times, and the first time he saw the model of the pump, why did it take three times to get the correct pump, this is so unprofessional, and it's unfair to charge three and a half hours, I called them, and the manager Mike said we'll ask, and then there was no response.
Be very cautious of this company & make sure you shop around. BEWARE CROOKED COMPANY!

Spoke with my team at Sullivan Oil & Propane and checked my list of customers. We don't have a person by the name of Mike at our office or a customer by the name of the person who left the review.
We had a fantastic experience with Sullivan Heating and Cooling! Our AC unit stopped working on Sunday and they were able to schedule us for Monday morning. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He determined the issue and replaced the part in a very short time.
We will highly recommend Sullivan to all of our family & friends!

We had a great experience with Sullivan Heating & Air Conditioning. Service tech came out yesterday to check on an odor coming through our air vents; turned out to be a Transformer (a part that needed to be ordered). Their Service Tech, Dave came back this afternoon, replaced the part and A/C is working great! Sullivan has a wonderful crew... from phone specialists to the Service Technicians, they were all polite, knowledgeable, and quick to remedy the problem with the Transformer.

Converted our coal stoker to natural gas with Sullivan - very positive experience. Then we got a fireplace insert for gas with them. The couple problems we've had have been addressed promptly, courteously, and professionally. A great company to deal with.

Be very cautious of this company & make sure you shop around. We were quoted one price for a service call & charged over double. When we called to explain the situation we were greeted by an extremely rude customer service female. We decided to cancel our service only to find out they were overcharging us by .85 per gallon. BEWARE CROOKED COMPANY!!
