Sinclair is the person assigned to the building I'm living in and he is excellent! He makes sure I have everything I need to combat the ever growing rodent issues in NYC. He even helped get the heat turned on in my building when we didn't have any.

Every year or so we will get a mouse or two or more … I guess not uncommon living in a wooded suburban area. They responded the day I called them and performed the appropriate service sealing up entry points. So far so good.I got the yearly contract … which includes on-call emergency service and seasonal visits.
