I chose Sule Hair Clinic after doing extensive research and having consultations with three of the most reputable hair clinics in Istanbul. From the very beginning, I was impressed by their warm greetings, friendliness, and high level of professionalism. The staff made me feel welcome and cared for, which really helped ease any nerves I had going into the procedure.
Two standout people during my journey were Tarik and Zehra, who served as technicians/translators throughout the process. Tarik was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional — he guided me with patience and clarity at every step. Zehra was equally amazing — warm, reassuring, and always ready to answer questions with a genuine smile. Their support made the whole experience feel smooth and personal, and I truly appreciated having them by my side.
The consultation process was smooth and informative — they took the time to understand my expectations and thoroughly explained the procedure, expected results, and post-op care. There was no pressure, just honest advice and clear communication, which gave me a lot of confidence in my choice.
On the day of the surgery, everything was well organized. The medical team was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility was modern, clean, and fully equipped, which reassured me that I was in good hands.
Now, post-surgery, I’m genuinely excited about the results I’m already seeing. The follow-up support has also been excellent — they regularly check in to monitor my progress and answer any questions I have along the way.

I did a hair transplant on their clinic. I am now one day after the operation. So far, I am very happy with the results as well as the entire process from contacting them on Whatsapp until I left Istanbul. I am very happy that I chose Sule Clinic. The venue itself is very clean, very modern and all of the staff are very professional. Their toilet seats have plastic covers that are disposable, and when you enter, there is an automatic shoe cover. After the operation, they ushered me into a room with dinner served already and I can eat right away. One can see their attention to detail in making sure customers feel clean, comfortable and safe in their clinic. The operation itself went smoothly and during the procedure, there are even English and German translators that are on standby in case you need them. Special kudos to their Whatsapp representative Zehra, she is probably one of the most helpful clinic agents that I have come across. And I have already tried clinics both in Istanbul and Thailand. She responds very promptly and always very informative. She makes sure that you know all of the information about the procedure, about the clinic and all the dos and donts before and after the operation. She is very helpful even though there were some issues on my end on the payment delays. All in all, the 4.9 stars on Trustpilot and Google is very well deserved.
I found them on instagram and communication was easy. I booked flight and 2 months later here I am sitting in the lobby waiting for my final wash. Everything went smoothly, from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic. I feel like I paid a fair price and received great services. I even have a translator the whole time and one person to continue asking question on WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Ich habe mich lange mit dem Thema Haartransplantation beschäftigt und bin unglaublich froh, dass ich diesen Schritt gemacht habe. Vom ersten Beratungsgespräch bis zur Nachsorge habe ich mich rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Das Team war professionell, freundlich und hat alle meine Fragen ehrlich beantwortet.
Die Behandlung selbst verlief reibungslos und weitgehend schmerzfrei.
Ich kann die Klinik wirklich jedem empfehlen, der mit Haarausfall zu kämpfen hat. Eine lohnenswerte Investition in sich selbst.

Zunächst erst einmal vielen Dank an Fatma die mein Vertrauen bei der Angebotsauswahl gewonnen hat. Unter den Aspekten einer Schmerzfreien OP mit Anästhesie, neueste OP Techniken, Nachbehandlungsdauer, Aufenthalt vor Ort, Auswahl einer Professionellen Klinik und Preis Leistung hab ich mich letztlich für Sule Clinik entschieden. Die Arbeit wurde äußerst sauber und präzise ausgeführt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar, man bekommt hier wirklich hervorragende Qualität zu einem fairen Preis. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr gute Nachversorgung – man fühlt sich bestens betreut. Klare Empfehlung!
Ein Dank auch an gesamt alle Mitarbeiter die sehr freundlich waren auch an Kamil.
Nun ist es fast ein Jahr her, so kann ich meine Erfahrung such teilen.
Da die Vorgänge zum Transport und Hotel ja in den anderen Rezenssionen zu lesen sind, werde ich diese nicht nochmal erwähnen. Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Der wichtigere Teil ist ja das Ergebnis:
Jetzt genau nach 10 Monaten kann ich sagen, dass der abgedeckte bereich auf jeden Fall fülliger ist und ich inzwischen meine Haare wieder so lang wachsen lassen und stylen kann. Es merkt auch keiner, dass da was nachgepflanzt wurde und sieht alles natürlich aus. Vielen Dank nochmal für die gute Arbeit an das Team.

My experience at the clinic was great.The clinic looks new, everything is very clean. I was treated very well by all the staff. They were all spectacular. Very attentive, I was very reticent but communication with the clinic, even before I made my decision, was always excellent, they always answered my questions.

Mon expérience pour ma greffe de cheveux dans la Clinique Sule Hair a été remarquable du début à la fin. Dès les premières étapes j'ai senti une prise en charge très professionnelle et rassurante mais egalement une disponibilité et une écoute de toute l'équipe et cela jusqu'au suivi post-opératoire.
L'intervention s'est très bien passée dans un environnement serein grâce à la compétence et au professionnalisme de l'ensemble du personnel médical.
Un aspect particulièrement appréciable et important pour moi a été la présence d'interprètes d'origine française. Cela a permis une communication fluide et sans aucune barrière linguistique.
Je ne peux que recommander vivement cet établissement pour la qualité de ses soins et l'attention portée aux patients.
