Huge disappointment
Story of a disappointed customer of Suhaus
We placed an order for a L shaped sofa in Jan 2023 and were assured all our issues will be taken care later if we are not satisfied with the product. I write this feedback after repeated failed attempts to follow up and constant lies and false promises from the team
It is with utter disappointment i am putting out this last message after repeated follow ups with you and your team. It seems like our issue is least of your concerns and time and again we have just received false promises and lies from you and your team
It been over 6 months now i have tried to follow up and heard different reasons from you and your team. First it was ur labor who was unavailable, then u mentioned about other priority work and same time ur representative gave a completely different reason that u are undergoin renovation. After being tired with all the lies and false promises, i am putting out this last message as u had mentioned my issue would be resolved by end of this month which is today.
Sadly, i now feel it was the biggest mistake to invest and collaborate with you considering ur team is least concerned with customer satisfaction and after sales issues.
Thank you for the betrayal. I will proceed with third party service providers to resolve my issue

I would add one more star if available for my six points.
1. Trust them for sofa and beds, no need to look elsewhere.
2. Quality is assured and the best for the price.
3. Intelligent and well equipped labour.
4. Great designs and custom made for your living room.
5. Only designer who visited us for proper measurements and asked us to stick to 5 seater and avoid the sixth seat as per our space availability, anybody else would have not done that easily.
6. Suhas - person to be contacted for all sofa needs. Humble and well spoken. Good listeners are very less in this industry.

The living room is the place which is the most noticeable area of your house as anyone who enters your home notices your living room first of course. Agree or not, but the theme of your living room is decided by its furniture design only.
Selecting a perfect sofa set for your dream house is a mindful thought. We need to think of the right design, space, colour and all other aesthetics including budget.
While looking for a sofa and wing chair we came across Suhaus designers. The response was prompt. He came home , took all the measurements and understood what exactly our requirements were. He was very polite and professional.
The sofa was delivered on time as promised. The design, material used was at par.It made our living room feel complete and lavishing.

This is not a showroom per se. They were very welcoming and understood my requirement quickly. There were minor customisation carried out to my products, which was also suggested by them, so that i will have a more comfortable seating. I have purchased one ergonomic office chair and a single seater recliner. Both have been excellent so far.
I highly recommend this team if you require any of the products they do.

We had an old sofa which needed a change in upholstery. I contacted Suhas and it was readily accepted. They sent their people to pick up the sofa and in a week it was delivered back with a delightful makeover of the sofa.
The process was smooth, we were given multiple fabric options and the job was very well done.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Suhaus Designers. We got an 8 seater sofa customized to suit our needs and needless to say it was an excellent execution with brilliant craftsmanship! Though the project took some time with multiple changes and timelines it was an awesome experience! Never once did we feel left out. We were given regular updates and our feedback was meticulously considered to give us the ultimate end product. Even after the delivery when we felt a need for minor changes Suhas gladly welcomed our feedback and got them done. I’d say no other furniture designer atleast in my experience agree for such changes post delivery and payment!
I really wanna highlight about Suhas, the proprietor of the company. He dealt with the entire project himself through his busy schedule and we felt him like family as he was so patient in gathering our needs and understanding the requirement so well like he was working on his own project and brought that to production!
All in all I totally recommend Suhaus Designers for any of the furniture needs and well they manufacture mattresses as well! Thank you Suhas for everything! Looking forward to working with you again! 😊

We happened to find Suhaus Sofa manufacturers through Google search. I was skeptical at first but the initial discussion with Suhas did instill a lot of trust and confidence.
They are transparent and honest in terms of their work which any customer would want it. Despite us being very particular about the design (amalgamation of 3 -4 sofa designs which we had seen in pinterest), Suhas and his team were very patient and responded diligently. Materials used, quality of work, inspection of the sofa at each stage to check for comfort and finally the installation at our home all were super smooth. Highly recommend to anyone who are looking for a customized sofa. Thanks Suhas and team and wish you the best for all your future projects!!

Have absolutely and thoroughly enjoyed the complete buying experience at Suhaus. Right from the start till the very end, we as customers were involved in every minute detailing and designing of our sofa. The design which we choose was an amalgamation of 3 different sofa designs customised into one and hence we had a difficult ask. Suhaus delivered wonderfully with absolute attention to every little detail. The owner (Suhas) himself made a site visit to check out the living area and suggested design alterations accordingly without compromising on our requirements. The site visit is also very detailed where details like if the sofa can be delivered as is or needs to be assembled on site is noted down! The delivery was made on time and the end product was of great quality and finesse! All in all I am a very happy and satisfied customer and Suhaus lived up to all my expectations of quality and customer service.

After having scouted the market for a good sofa and not being able to find a suitable one, I stumbled upon suhaus. With a bit of skepticism went to check out their factory and am happy to report that it exceeded expectations.
The process, the handling and the like was at its best. There were a few minor snags which did not deter suhas to deliver my order to my expectations. He worked along with me to figure solutions and went beyond the calling of a sale. He is customer oriented and walks the talk. In retrospect, the last leg of my process, due to my design, did indeed demand more time and coordination, which was met with patience and perseverance.
I would gladly recommend suhaus as a brand and suhas as the goto person. I wish them the very best.

We got our sofa custom made at Suhas Designers to our specific requirements. We found Suhas to be transparent, quality focussed and helpful throughout. He explained us the process, raw materials used and was open to visit his factory and take a look at the sofa making process.
He helped us with suggestions/decisions with his long experience in sofa making. And our sofa was also delivered on time just as we wished for.
