They provide you with a full report of the job, including pictures, staff are well trained and professional and conduct themselves well. First time I’ve experienced this level of organization and professionalism from a roofing contractor. Highly recommend.

Suburban Roofing did great work to repair my roof which had been giving me endless problems for the past few years. After many attempts to fix it, I decided to enquire with them and Mathew did such a fantastic job assessing my roof and explaining how he can assist me with the leaks. Their quote was reasonable compared to other contractors, who didn’t even bother assessing my roof as well as he did. We’ve had a few storms since the repairs were done, and for the first time in a long while I can actually be at ease and not worry about mopping up floors and damaged ceilings after it rains! Highly recommend Suburban Roofing - they are simply in a different class. Professional, able to identify the problem and fix it. We had leakage and instead of patching up the problem like four other contractors had done - they were able to pinpoint the exact problem and we have not had a problem since. Their end to end process from quote, planning, execution and invoicing is commendable as well.
