At Sublime Pool & Spa, we genuinely care about each of our customers and always strive to handle every concern with honesty, fairness, and integrity.

From the moment you brought this issue to our attention, we made it a priority to respond promptly and respectfully. We carefully reviewed the technician’s report, provided you with supporting photos, conducted multiple site visits—including a personal visit from management—and even performed a deck surface test using the same chemicals in question. The testing showed that the chemicals we use in regular service did not cause staining on your deck and we did send you the pictures of the results. Additionally, during our inspection, we noted that the deck surface had a powdery, ashy residue that transferred to the touch in several areas, and the interior of the pool was covered with a fine grayish dust, possibly from the recent pressure cleaning that was done. While we cannot speak to what chemicals may have been used during that process, our findings and the tests we performed do not support the assumption that our pool chemicals caused the issue.
We also respectfully requested camera footage to bring further clarity, but unfortunately, you chose not to pursue this step and decided to end the conversation prematurely.

We truly regret that we could not reach a mutual understanding, but we want to assure you and future customers that we approached this situation with a process, patience, thoroughness, and a genuine desire to find the truth—not simply to avoid responsibility. That said, our process is grounded in professionalism, facts, & fairness.
We stand by our commitment to treating every customer the way we would want to be treated (Matthew 7:12), and while we wish this could have ended differently, we remain dedicated to serving all our clients with integrity and professionalism.
