Got done my pool, re plastered, changed tiles and coping. Removed my screened frame. Everything got done very quick and answered any questions I had. It was always very easy to get in contact with them. I love my new pool.

Best pool service in South Florida!!! They are always on top of things and above all extremely honest and fair with pricing. After using a large company for years who never responded or completed jobs that needed to be done, I was so happy to find Sublime. Recommend him to all my friends and neighbors!!!

Sublime was great, the communication was good, quote was a fair price, and the installers who came out were very friendly and knowledgeable. They installed a new pool heater for us and I’m glad we went with them. Would recommend them to anyone!

They are complete crooks. False promises and unresponsive. They will ignore your calls and text messages. You will get charged for services never rendered as they will not have photo proof that they came to service your Pool at all. When they actually do show up which will last no more than 4 minutes for an entire visit, their technicians will come to your home with nothing more than a pool net and pole in their hand yet you will get charged for brushing, chemically stabilizing and fully cleaning your pool. Stay far away clear from this terrible company!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would I paid them last week to start servicing my pool because with my husband being so busy with work and me a new mom we didn't have the time. I zelled them my payment which was my 1st mistake. I explained that I needed them to come as soon as they can because with it raining everyday and the 90 degree weather the pool would start turning green they said they understood and would send a tech out Wednesday. So i waited on Wednesday around 4 i called because no one had shown up and my pool was already turning green they came up some excuse and said someone would be out the next day when they did send someone out they never called or informed me they were here to go over what was going on with the pool till i got a call after the tech left and they wanted me to pay to have to pool drained and cleaned i said no they than said they would send me a proposal to shock the pool at almost 500.00 dollars i said no thank you and requested a refund for the money i sent for the service. they responded with i would have it by the end of the week. i hadn't received anything by this morning so i called several times because no one answers the phone and the gentleman that answered said they have been extremely busy with construction?? and has the audacity to tell me dont worry were not trying to keep your money thats amazing customer service tthan he kept saying someone in the office would handle it whenever i asked to speak to this so called person they were never available. they are now closed and i till dont have my money back STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE I will be contacting the DBPR and submitting a formal complaint against their license

Sublime Pools & Spa did an amazing job! They re-tiled our deck and re-surfaced and tiled our pool. It turned out absolutely beautiful. The crew worked very hard and showed up every day until job was done. John, who is in charge, was very responsive to any issues. Highly recommended!

I took a chance on Sublime pools because I couldn’t find anyone who would recommend someone. I am a snowbird It was a nerve wracking experience until the process started. Everyone was professional and respectful of me and my property. The owner came daily to inspect and the job was completed in 5 days total. It’s beautiful and now more protected as well with Diamond Brite. I’d recommend Sublime pools and spas to anyone. They were great and I felt reasonable in cost.

I was in need of a light replacement for years, asked 2 estimates than never came, and called 3 companies before them…I’m so happy didn’t go through with the others because would had missed an amazing service. Everything was smooth, the call very friendly, visit to ser what was I needed and the installation, great people, fantastic service and professional advice. I needed it for a party, so was in a rush and they did everything quick and well done. Will highly recommend it. Thank you guys!

If that's true I hope things worked ok for your family. But I got the emails I got from your company that I've complained about during that time so I'm reluctant to buy your story. Just admit, you screwed up and cost me weeks to get my pool done

I’m beyond happy with Sublime Pools and the work they did when they resurfaced my pool and changed out the pool light. John & his crew are awesome. They’re responsible, responsive, on time, knowledgeable, hard working, honest, and want to be sure the job is done right. I love how my pool turned out. Anytime I would call or text John, he responded & took care of whatever it was that was needed. He even noticed a screw was rusted on the pool drain. He pointed it out to me. I didn’t even notice it and would not have…but being the honest person he is, he showed me and had it replaced. He takes great pride in his company and the work they do! That’s important!
I watched the whole resurfacing process from start to finish…And I’m extremely pleased with the end result. My pool is absolutely beautiful! Thank you, Sublime Pools…John and Crew!
