We engaged this Melbourne-registered business for RPL services and paid over $3,500. The experience has been extremely disappointing.
For context, I run a medium-sized construction business in Sydney with 11 staff and ~$2.2M annual turnover, so I regularly deal with service providers, compliance, and training requirements. I understand delays can happen, but what I do not accept is poor transparency and vague communication after payment.
Initially, communication was responsive and reassuring. We were aware there were mixed reviews online (including a Trustpilot profile at the time), but chose to proceed based on our early interactions.
However, after payment, communication became inconsistent and unclear. We were provided with RTO details, but when we contacted the RTO directly, there was no clear record matching the enrolment information we had been given.
Since raising concerns, responses have been generic and non-specific, with repeated assurances that they are “legitimate” and will “check with the team,” but without any meaningful resolution.
Another concerning point — the Trustpilot listing that was visible when we were doing our initial checks now appears to have been removed or significantly altered, which only adds to the lack of transparency.

Contact them yourself
Often complete RPL for significantly less
After speaking directly with the RTO StudyIn claimed to be working with (Career Skills Australia), we were advised that the RPL cost was around $2,000, which is over $1,000 less than what we were charged.
From a business perspective, if you are charging thousands of dollars for an admin service, there should be clear enrolment records, transparency, and consistent communication. That has not been our experience.
