I've tried a bunch of times in my life to get into yoga, but it just never clicked. That is, until I found these wonderful folks. Great teachers, lovely classes, and especially welcoming and warm to folks who are new to yoga. I actually came to this studio while recovering from a brain injury and had lost a lot of my previous strength and overall fitness. They provided a space where I could gently begin to move again and where I truly felt safe to stay within my edges. When I got stronger, there were classes for me to grow into. I've sadly moved away, but I've maintained my practice and will definitely be dropping in for classes whenever I'm back in Kingston. Love you guys!

I’m new to Kingston and was lucky enough to discover this beautiful yoga studio! My first class was a free community class on Thursday’s. It’s exactly what I’m looking for in a yoga studio; bright, airy and a meditative ambiance. I’m signed up for the sound bath tomorrow!

Love it! fantastic mix of teachers and classes plus accessibility is amazing with most classes both in studio and zoom. I’m out of town so mostly by zoom - have experienced huge growth in my at home yoga practice since joining 8 months ago. So awesome thank you Nathan et al!

I am so so grateful to have been able to spend 2 weeks at Studio 330 for their intro pass while I was visiting Kingston. What a delightful studio! I was able to go to many styles of classes and all the teachers brought so much of themselves to the practice. I especially recommend Frederique's classes; she's the real deal. I was treated so kindly by everyone! Thank you to Nathan for operating such a down-to-earth yoga studio.

The best yoga studio: such a welcoming environment and a great variety of classes. The passes and classes are also reasonably priced and have good value! A special shout out to Frederique who is my favourite teacher I've ever had.

In April I was visiting Kingston , Ontario and I wanted to attend a Yoga class. After, a great deal of research I settled on Studio 330 in downtown Kingston. After , reading the reviews I felt confident choosing Studio 330. I was not disappointed it was a very positive experience! One of my favourite classes was the Restorative yoga class with Karin Merkel-Dirksen. It was exactly what my body needed. So relaxing and gentle. Overall, I attended five classes and found the yoga instructors very helpful and offered many alternative poses to ensure everyone’s success. The space was lovely and they offered online classes too! Excellent experience!

Studio 330 is wonderful, genuine, and welcoming. Every instructor offers something unique, but everyone always has great energy and presence. Both my partner and I found classes we planned our schedules around, and still more that we go to just to try it out. Go see Nathan and the crew!
