It’s ironic that you hide behind a fake name. I never give promises and in some cases persons like yourself that drive with No Insurance and are totally irresponsible and are a hazard to others on the road. You did not meet the requirements for a reduced fine and that was decided by the justice of the peace.

First off Jake, lets be honest with yourself. This trial date was arranged months ago, and I even followed up with an email and a phone callx2 to make sure you were aware of the court date. you were charged with an offence. You specifically told me your brother passed a few years ago, I am sympathetic to that. I offered an alternative to attending in person, by doing it by zoom in which you declined. Your last conversation with me this morning was take the best deal possible, to which I did and based on your past experiences this is the 3rd time you have been a customer.
It was YOU, who decided not to attend court and give evidence to defend yourself. It was YOU who decided to travel in excess of the speed limit again at an extremely high rate of speed. Your driving record speaks for itself, this is the reason the prosecutor is not going to be lenient with you. The fact is, you were very satisfied with my earlier results representing you, this time you were not. Based on your comments and lack of accepting responsibility for your careless actions, I wish you good luck in life.

It is rather unfortunate that you unfairly left a review of this nature. I unlike you am governed by privacy rules and professional conduct protocol. It was you that decided to pay your fine for the offence in which you were charged with, I have the emails that stated I would defend you even after your personal attacks on my staff in numerous emails. Your emails were frivolous and vexatious in nature and without merit. May I remind you that driving in Ontario is a privilege and not a right. The charging officer was a Sergeant in charge of the NRPS traffic unit, his sole job was to observe for non compliance in a school crossing area, that consisted of a crossing guard due to many complaints this school year of vehicles not stopping for the crossing guard. The fact that you paid the fine, and accepted responsibility for your actions that day shows an admittance of guilt. I wish you the best and do not hold this review personally as I realize that you feel you must blame someone. My reviews are of local people and businesses and I encourage you to reach out to them for clarification.

I find it interesting that a person has to hide behind a pseudonym, I represent people that are charged with traffic offences and criminal charges. Not everyone is innocent of the charge they are facing and sometimes the officer is believed over the evidence of the defendant. Sometimes the defendant convicts themselves with incredulous testimony.
Sir, I did not put a gun to your head and instruct you to speed down a road at a high rate of speed, you are responsible for your actions and only you. I offer exceptional legal services and my Google reviews show that.
Like hiding behind a pseudonym, you sir are a bully and one who probably is lacking any real masculinity to not accept your wrongs.
