Such an amazingly helpful staff, I was told the average results could be about 20% reduction per session but I saw 50% after first session. The knowledge and time spent to teach and inform you of every and any service is a level of customer service I have never received anywhere else, truely an amazing place!

Ive been getting my eyebrows done here for years! Rupy recommended getting peels done to help with acne…life changing. The results are amazing! It’s helped with active acne and scarring, my skin is almost back to normal. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get any treatments at. Staff is amazing and always try to work with my schedule. I have gone to Strands for a manicure, pedicure, eyelash dying and a facial. The facial is by far the best I have ever had and I was treated royally during all other procedures as well. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and caring and the place is immaculate. I would highly recommend all services.

My daughter went here for her grad makeup and hairstyling and we were disappointed. The stylist did not communicate well with her throughout the process (wanted to "surprise" her at the end), so we did not get exactly what she wanted.

I have been going to strands for about 5 years and Pam finally convinced me to try micro blading after years of threading and tinting. Pam did an amazing job and I am so happy I trusted her and decided to try microblading . I never have to worry about doing my brows and it’s amazing! Thank you so much and it looks so great!

Went to Strands for the first time. I had Karma. She was great .Love my hair cut. Everyone was very friendly and the service was exactly what I was hoping for. It is hard to find a salon and a stylist you like .I definitely have found mine.

Poor customer service. I was not told I would be charged for getting my hair dried following my haircut until AFTER the service. I called to book my first appointment and was not told this either. I have never heard of a single hair salon that charges to dry your hair afterwards; how was I supposed to know this? The receptionist was awful afterwards, too, and made it feel like it was my fault for not knowing there was an additional charge. I’ll take my business to one of the other salons in the area that do not charge you to dry your hair.

it was my first time coming in (went for the sugar wax and chemical peel) the staff is so sweet and they answered all my questions before i even had to ask, definitely recommend!!
