We were welcomed to the store by Sarah, who was very knowledgeable and explained all models for solid fuel and wood pellet burner stoves, as we were undecided . We had a solid insert stove which needed replacing. After a visit to our home by Bobby and with some discussion he advised on the best model for us. A Klover Lady Air was installed in a half day. To say we are delighted is an understatements it has transformed our home . So easy to manage it’s clean and efficient. Our home has gone from cold to cozy. We would highly recommend The Stove people.

I highly recommend The Stove People. I had tried all over the country for a Charnwood stove (Aire 5) in October 2023 and Robbie, Bobby and Sarah managed to track one down for me even though there was a long waiting list everywhere else. They gave me great advice as well, and were just a pleasure to deal with over the phone. In fact I bought a second stove from them (Charnwood Aire 3) for another room and they managed to get it to us well in time for Christmas. We did everything over the phone - no need to travel. They are trustworthy, very knowledgeable, very friendly and the stoves are competitively priced.

Extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We bought a new stove and had to get our chimney lined.Sarah was v helpful when picking out what style to go for and Bobby did a site visit before we bought anything to ensure that we had the right stove for our space. We were very happy with the final finish.

Got my new stove installed before Christmas. It surpasses all our expectations, wood burning only. So glad I listened to the advice given by The Stove People. All work finished to a very high standard.

Great service as always. Bought a stunning stove for our living room. It’s great, easy to light and regulate. Definitely burning less fuel that before. Very happy with sales, fitting and customer service. Would recommend!!

This was a great experience. Had my Charnwood SLX 20 firebricks in stock Ordered on phone from Sarah and were delivered within 48 hours. Good price and friendly service. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Bought a stove from these guys 12 years ago. Needed some replacement parts including glass. The guy I spoke to had zero interest in assisting. It was basically too much hassle for him. Quoted some outlandish price simply to get me off the phone. Unpleasant experience. Ended up ordering it from nice company in the UK for less than half the price he quoted. Best of luck with aftercare from these guys. Avoid.

David, I’m sorry to hear you had such a negative experience with our store. Our goal is to always to provide excellent products & service so we’re disappointed that we didn’t meet your expectations, however I understand that the particular glass in question was a high price product due to it being curved and the price we quoted included all taxes and delivery expenses incurred in order to get it from the UK as was explained to you. Nonetheless I'm glad to hear that you have sourced the part and will be able to continue using your stove that's 12 years old which is a clear sign you invested in a good product at the time. Bobby and his team fit a Stove in my home in Duncannon.
From the initial call out to the fit, I found them to be punctual, efficient, and very professional to deal with. I lit the stove for the first time this week and couldn’t be more pleased.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Stove People.

Recently bought my first house and decided to upgrade the fireplace to a stove and replace the mantle too. From the first chat in the shop with Sarah everything was straight forward. Got a few flyers etc and went away.
Came back a few weeks later when I knew what I wanted. Organised an inspection and set a date for installation. The lads were in and out within a few hours on the day.
Great service and would highly recommend!
