Excellent grooming at Wolf Gang in East Liberty. Lisa does an excellent job with out Maltese Bichon mix. We take her in monthly for grooming. Annette has groomed her a few times as well and does an excellent job as well. Susan at the front desk is friendly and efficient. Location is convenient from most parts of the city. Highly recommend.

Paso a decir que no he visto mejor servicio que este lugar, las muchachas son excelente el trato que y el amor con que tratan a mis hijos son de primera, es mi segunda vez llevándolos y seguire ademas que salen tan hermosos con un olor increíble el corte que siempre les digo como los quiero superan mis expectativas lo hacen mucho mejor ademas de la paciencia que tiene glendys con mi perrita Hela que apesar de no dejarse tocar por nadie porque es un poco majadera ningun groomer me la habia podido pelar llegue aqui y con paciencia ella lo ha logrado de hecho esta segunda vez que lo lleve se fue con ella sin protestar, muchas gracias a todo el equipo de woof gang.

Incredibly ignorant when it comes to trimming nails. Our dog had bleeding wicks, and whenever we tried cutting his nails on our own a while later, he was very fearful for the first time, meaning they probably cut them too short whenever we took him there and he was in a lot of pain. Why would you trim until you see blood? And obviously the dog was in pain. Teach your staff. On top of that, unprofessional staff behavior, no hello upon entry, no one to help until you say hi, get no response and ask for someone to help. Lack of training in handling and professional behavior.

Annette Lanning Was my dog groomer who let a trainee train on my 11yr old dog on March 10, 2024, without my consent and due to Annette negligences it caused my dog a deep cut from the trainee. My dog has passed on a month later and I have not heard anything from them since… They have completely lost my trust for any future dog of mine. It saddens me that my dog was under a trainees care when I requested Annette specifically and paid full grooming prices each trainee grooming session.

Woof Gang is the best! I’ve taken my dog here several times for grooming and they always do an excellent job. The service is great and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Yadira was extremely helpful and sweet.

Second and last time I take them.. Guys 2 yorkie where there for 4 hours .. I was told 2. You lost a 2 week client .. I am happy you had a big day of business. And my 2 children at 150.00 plus tax had to suffer over 4 hours cause other dogs came in with knots …please take into consideration how we feel about our dogs … !!! Please pay attention to your clients..learn how they attend their doggies .. Learn from your mistakes … Their hair cuts are great .. have to tell you that !! Sorry for being loyal and honest I take that star back

Hi Pedro, Thank you for your time to leave a review. The safety and wellbeing of our furry clients is our number one priority. We are so sorry that this standard was not upheld for your furbabies. Our records shows that your yorkies were ready on time, the time for each pup is 1hr and 30 min to 2 hrs. approx.., since you requested that you need both have the same haircut style, the service was provided for the same groomer in order of cover your expectations. Our standards required that time for give them a relax, safe and a complete grooming service. Also, we never charge taxes for grooming services and your ticket shows that you paid 150 usd in total (no taxes or tips included). Took my cocker spaniel here for the first time for a mini groom. I explained I only wanted her paws trimmed up and her sanitary areas, this is the first groomer that has actually listened! She came out look and smelling so good, we will be back!!

Fast and reliable dog grooming, and lots of yummy treats for dogs and cats. They have a pretty extensive frozen/ raw section as well as a birthday section (cakes, bandanas, hats, cookies). We love it!

I can confidently say that my dog Marley has hated the groomers until now! I have been bringing Marley to Woof Gang & Grooming for roughly 6-7 months. It is adorable to see that when I say "Marley, we're going to Woof Gang's", she runs up to the door and is excited to get in the car. Everyone at Woof Gang's makes Marley feel like she's right at home. They have exceptional service and dog treats that I now have at home. I will be bringing Marley to Woof Gang's for the rest of her life. Thank you so much for your outstanding service! Woof Woof!

Much over due review but the owner of Woof Gang is so beyond great. He cares a lot about his customers (humans and furry ones). I have been going here for treats and fun cookies since they opened. My dog was recently diagnosed with a poultry allergy and super sick but when I went in there very frantic to find alternatives the owner personally took the time to help me and educate me on all the various paths I could take. They also carry the Open Farm food brand which is hard to find in stores at times. Could not recommend this place more!! My dog has adjusted and is feeling so much better cause of all the recommendations the owner had and his tummy issues are gone! On our walks Murphy drags me to the front door he loves it so much.
