Sales associate acknowledged price tag was wrong, but then refused to honor price on the discounted tag. Cashier made snarky comments throughout checkout interaction and was incredibly non-personable and rude. I was actually taken aback by the experience, and we left our items without purchasing anything as a direct result.

The store wasn’t properly staffed! Recently adopted a puppy 11/7/2025; and inquired about the new pet coupon book. I was totally disappointed and in disbelief that none of the $72 I spent had a coupon to defray the price of any of the items purchased.

Brought my 1 year old shih-poo in for grooming today. The groomer, Lauren, did an amazing job with her. She gave my dog the exact style I was hoping for :)
