Booked a appointment for grooming on March 29 @1pm. Complete waste of time, just as I was leaving the young lady at the counter started checking for matting at my dog's hair, I casually mentioned that the only thing she had was a small knot behind the ear. Without even taking a look at she said that she could not wash my dog. This was not extensive, it was a small 1/4 inch knot far from my dog's skin. To add insult to injury she starting saying nonsense of how that could affect circulation and cause pain...a complete disgrace, I will not go there again nor give Petco my business again.

When I entered store #01648, Zach asked if there was anything specific I was looking for that he could help me with. I couldn’t remember the name of the wet cat food I’d gotten several months ago, but when I described the label he knew exactly which one I wanted and took me right to it. I was very impressed with him and so appreciative of his help. 😊

Kind of a generally disheveled feeling place. It just seems understaffed but I'm sure sales aren't great since online stores are taking over their business. The workers are very friendly and my daughters like the in person shopping experience better so we still go here.

Jennifer our trainer was very kind and a great teacher. She was patient with our 3 daughters as they learn as well and you could see her love for dogs. We enjoyed the whole experience!

Booked an appt for nail trim for my two dogs. Groomer failed to inform me when I called and scheduled that vaccination records were required so service was refused. All it took was a good service experience when I called in. If the groomer had told me what was required I could have brought records with me. Cancelled service.

I called this store to hopefully get a skinny pig for my current skinny that had just lost its friend. Not only did they have some, the store was so kind and helpful. With my purchase of both of their skinny pigs the had available. All of the workers really do take good care of the animals and try to make sure that they go to good homes.
