I was very pleased with the haircut. I had an issue about how my pet smelled. It wasn't a fresh clean smell. The smell was similar to a spoiled milk smell. I had to actually bathe him when we got home. Not sure if it was the shampoo that was used or what. Disappointed I pd $80 some dollars but had to rebate him;)

The 3rd try did it! We tried hard to get our poodle pup a haircut but because he was so nervous it just didn’t seem to work out. The manager in the grooming department tried all she could to Mae him comfortable but nothing worked. The third time I brought him back she and I both were committed to getting his first haircut. It worked!
The groomer was very patient with my pup. He clearly loves her and will definitely be going back soon for regular bathing and cuts.

She was in a hurry I guess, there's a patch shaved off on his left leg and his hair never has clumps because I brush him every day.

Walking nail trims were not walk in. She told me it'd be an hour wait. That was all she said so I continued to ask like okayy well do u want to get my contact so that I can ensure the hour away slot. Then she proceeded to tell me my dog needed the rabies vaccine. I get dogs needing a rabies but this employee wouldve had me come back an hour later with no detail of that...Thank gosh i continued to get more details. The website promotes walk ins like you don't have to be scheduled. Wasn't impressed with the poor communication customer service or the non walk in service.

Waited until I was as checking in to let me know that they don’t take dogs with seizure conditions (even if well managed with medication etc). Waste of time.
We took our two golden retrievers in for a nail trim. We like that this is a walk-in service. Our younger golden, age one, was not very cooperative. Your groomers handled him expertly and with compassion and understanding. The trim was a success and we really appreciate your groomers' patience. They always do a wonderful job.
