100% disgusted me and my black husband, ready to spend 1-2 k in this store There was one lady helping someone, And we had been waiting about 5 mins then 2 ladies walk in and someone came out the back and walked right up to them to help em, and we had been waiting, jist mad me sad

My four stars is going to a young lady named Lindsay. Not only does she have great customer service she was also VERY helpful had she not come from the back of the store to help me I would not have met her I started to walk out and leave due to the young lady who was already there she was not helpful and did not ask if I needed anything with that being said THANK YOU Lindsay.

Im always recived with a smile and Natalie was the best so sad she is not there no more but yes i have 4 full pandora charm bracelets so i dont get the one star review but in my case they are wonderful !

Worker lied to me about the return policy to make a sale. Not honored and disrespectful. Was told a few days ago that black Friday deals could be price matched if we bought charms at the time, those charms went on sale and we were told today that they would not be price matched and we could not even return/rebuy them because a worker was "aware of our intention". What a waste of my time and money. Regardless of the policy the fact that the other worker lied to pad their commission is awful and I hope action is taken.

Jacob was awsome. Told him want I was looking for and 20 mins later he showed me a couple different ideals and I walked out with more than I was expecting.

I had a quick visit for an exchange (unfortunately a quick visit because I love Pandora and I wish I could have stayed longer lol). Finally went to a Pandora store :) I’ve always wanted to. This was a great location to go for the first time. Very friendly staff. Store was clean. Store was adorable. I love it! Hopefully I’ll go into shop the next time :)
