I was very upset to find that When my Pandora bracelet broke, they did not give replacement parts. They charge you for a replacement parts. I thought this was a reputable product that would withstand more than six months of wear and tear. I will not buy any more. Pandora and I was a big Pandora fan.

Customer service is the worst out of any my wife and I been to in or out of the US...Wouldn't recommend this location!!!

Had an issue (for the first time at this location) with a missing charm from a multiple charm purchase made recently, they were extremely nice and helpful and were able to locate the charm and even cleaned the entire bracelet with charms for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this location. They are very attentive when not super busy.

Went here to buy my wife something special for my wife. The staff was very helpful and nice to my wife. She was tired and they offered her a chair and water to drink. That was extra special. I recommend the place for anyone looking for something special for there loved one. Of course the sale didn't hurt either. Just wanted to thank people who work there.
Manager was training employee and her customer service wasn't very helpful/ pleasant
