Got my computer back up and running in less than 24 hours
customer service is horrible, i called to get my boombox fixed, the employee Shirley said she would check if they could fix it and then hung up without a word, i called again just incase it was a mistake or technical issue, but then she hung up again after she said she would check. She hung up on me twice, if she couldn’t fix it she could have said so instead of hanging up twice without a word. Honestly, this is the most worst customer service i ever had.

Today March 16th 2026 around 3PM I went to this Best Buy and happened to use the bathroom. As I was in the stall I heard someone come in and didn’t think anything of it, this person did not say a word or check the stalls. All of a sudden my eyes start burning and I start having trouble breathing, I ran out the bathroom as fast as I could and I get this terrible cough that hasn’t left me all day and my head was pounding. As I was I was leaving the bathroom I glanced and saw a bottle of chemicals, I later found out it was hypochlorite poisoning caused by the fumes of bleach. I spent half of my 21st birthday in the hospital because of the negligence of the person cleaning the bathroom. I am debating whether to take legal action as I felt as if I was going to pass out and this could have very well been fatal and ruined a special day for me.

What happened to Best Buy? I used to spend so much time and money here, and I felt that my business was truly earned.
Each of the last several times I’ve come in to buy something, I’ve had to leave and my money is spent elsewhere. Costco got my LG C4 purchase and Amazon got my car audio purchase. Smaller items like computer mice and what-not just go straight to Amazon anymore. Today, Amazon claimed yet another stake in my bank account, as Best Buy just refuses to get with the program.
The last several times I’ve come in, I’ve been ignored for 30+ minutes. I’m here because I’m relying on the “experts” to give me some direction. I came in today to grab a soundbar and I had some semblance of what I wanted, but I was hoping a salesperson could dot some i’s for me before I made a final decision.
Well, as per usual, I spent about 30 minutes meandering the section before being approached. However, the guy that approached me is the same guy that left the bathroom without washing his hands (disgusting). This guy was the LG expert, but we just really didn’t know what is going on. My answers were met with some “I believe so’s” and some “I thinks”, and it completely diminished my confidence in the deal. It’s not his fault. That’s a testament to Best Buy’s training (except the bathroom part, gross). Despite the complete vacuum of salesmanship and expert prowess, I attempted to move forward with my purchase, but of course, we can’t price-match Amazon’s coupons. An item sold by LG and fulfilled by trillion dollar Amazon can’t be matched on account of a technicality, so Bezos’s pockets just got a little bit deeper. I give up on you. I look forward to this building becoming something more useful when Best Buy’s inevitable demise is realized.

Went in a week and a half ago to buy a new refrigerator to the Greenwood Best Buy were very happy with our purchase until it’s time for delivery. We paid the delivery fee. We were told it would be delivered March 2, 2026 And they would tell us a time the day before so we could plan who would take off work for the delivery Sunday we were informed it would be between 11 AM and 3 PM because my husband and I both work and didn’t want our 15-year-old son trying to handle strangers coming in the house after school not knowing the exact time I took today off losing $400 pay for the day. Just got a last-minute phone call from their so-called customer service letting me know they’re one and only Truck is down and Thursday will be my next delivery day when asking if they only had one delivery truck, the lady on the other end of the line hung up on my husband now I’m Minus a days pay and still minus a refrigerator until Thursday.? Very poor customer service and the lady breaking the news hanging up in mid sentence on me didn’t make me feel any better about Greenwood Best Buy. Beware their word means nothing we’re finding this out firsthand

I never post bad reviews i just chose not to revisit the business i have had bad interactions with. However this one was so bad and lacked aby follow up hy any member of upper management i felt compelled to share it. The "Experience Supervisor" Madison, there term for her not mine. Was so dismissive of what i was trying to say,she kept talking over me and at one point started laughing. I asked fpr the District Manger to reach out to me because apparantly the Store Manager was on medical leave, I have eaited about 2 weekes and still not contact. Brick and morter building need to understand buiness is slippping away from them to the internet for these exact reasons. Just like the internet they take money and give no meaningful human contact. Going forward I will not return to any Best Buy because i believe this to be a culture issues as much as an ego issue for thia young lady. Just a word of warning to everyone. Best of luck getting after the sale service.

I walked into Best Buy today with a laptop with a broken screen, looking for a replacement screen. I did not know Best Buy’s Geek Squad didn’t offer this service, so when I went up to the associate Gavin and asked what I should do he spent 5 minutes raving about how Best Buy has a repair program that I could pay for to get the computer fixed. However, he told me that was expensive and should simply call the company and have my computer shipped out. When I told him I would rather have Best Buy fix it, even with the cost, he told me that Best Buy actually doesn’t do that. After that, he told me that my computer was made for “old people who don’t know how to work computers so I should just watch a YouTube video to fix it.” When my problem wasn’t one I could simply fix at all, and I would need a replacement screen. Overall, he was rude and unhelpful and I will definitely not use the Geek Squad at this location again.

I have zero desire to even try anymore.
I show up to buy something that I found online, only to be ignored for 20 minutes before walking out. There isn’t any reason to visit Best Buy, when I can go to Walmart or Target and get the same level of customer service.
I’ve had multiple experiences like this. I’ve left to purchase OLED TVs at alternative stores for the same reason.
