Recently bought a LG washer from this location and had it delivered through their xpo delivery service which I forgot to get the guys names but, they were extremely helpful with moving my old washer even discarded of it free of charge which was very appreciated considering I’m pregnant and couldn’t move it myself but they got me all set up and showed me how to operate it. Would highly recommend them for easy convenience!
I just spent 20 minutes looking at appliances. There were two employees who were so busy playing on their phones and joking with each other that they didn’t even notice me. I even walked by them twice. I hope the games they were playing were important because the store just lost $8,000 that I was going to spend.

I was disappointed with their lack of accurate records. They were unable to help me with my phone this morning because they couldn't find my account in their system even though I purchased both this phone and the one before it at this store.

Adam and Netherland were the most helpful store employees I’ve ever interacted with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, understood what we were buying and handled themselves with such gracious positivity and professionalism. S/O to both of them for even staying after work to make sure we were taken care of. Adam literally stayed over an hour past closing time to make sure we could walk out with the items we needed. Dude is a freaking rock star! & so is Netherland. This story is extremely lucky to have them!!
Adam Harrison and Harrison Sisk both assisted me in a very difficult situation in my life, not knowing how to protect myself against unwanted access to my electronic devices by others. Adam set me up with a new laptop, software and thumb drive that best fit my needs and then worked with the geek squad to explain my situation, and made an appointment for me to work with them to help me transfer data from my old laptop to my new laptop and also to share their knowledge with me to help protect my privacy with my phone as well.
The most impressive part was the way I was treated with the most respect and care than I’ve ever experienced by an employee anywhere before. Adam portrayed such great character, unlike what I’ve experienced with most people these days.
Bought a computer, couldn’t get ahold of the store, finally spoke to “ymey” who said her manager isn’t taking messages after explaining how it doesn’t matter if they gave me a keyboard and mouse with the computer, the Bluetooth receiver is not their problem. I’ll make sure to return my product asap.

customer service is horrible, i called to get my boombox fixed, the employee Shirley said she would check if they could fix it and then hung up without a word, i called again just incase it was a mistake or technical issue, but then she hung up again after she said she would check. She hung up on me twice, if she couldn’t fix it she could have said so instead of hanging up twice without a word. Honestly, this is the most worst customer service i ever had.

Today March 16th 2026 around 3PM I went to this Best Buy and happened to use the bathroom. As I was in the stall I heard someone come in and didn’t think anything of it, this person did not say a word or check the stalls. All of a sudden my eyes start burning and I start having trouble breathing, I ran out the bathroom as fast as I could and I get this terrible cough that hasn’t left me all day and my head was pounding. As I was I was leaving the bathroom I glanced and saw a bottle of chemicals, I later found out it was hypochlorite poisoning caused by the fumes of bleach. I spent half of my 21st birthday in the hospital because of the negligence of the person cleaning the bathroom. I am debating whether to take legal action as I felt as if I was going to pass out and this could have very well been fatal and ruined a special day for me.
