Despite rescinding (i. E. cancelling) the order, StockX refuses to refund amounts charged. For context, StockX is required to provide refunds (at least in Ontario, CA) for any cancelled order where it engages in an "unfair business practice" (such as it's deceptive button "feature" that is changes from bid to buy if a user inadvertently enters the current bid amount) or does not provide a phone number to contact the company about the order.
At the time their app included a "feature" that would change the bid button to a buy button if you happened to reenter the current bid amount.
Queue bull$#*! response about how StockX strives to have great customer service and that I should contact their chatbot or untrained frontline agent for the eighth time.
Really horrible experience. I placed and order on 15th of October and got the confirmation email and got charged. After a week with nothing happened, I contacted the customer service and the person who answered the mail (Samar) told me that they canceled the order and I'd get the refund in 1-7 business days. That was 22nd of October and I still don't have the refund. I've sent mail to this Samar person two times after that and he's not even replying now.
I've been shopping with Stadium Goods for years not and never had any issue like this.

Terrible. Honestly, a total scam company. We had unauthorized activity on our credit card and could not return the StockX shoes that were shipped to our office by mistake. After 7-8 emails, 1.5 hours on a chat, several unanswered phone calls… We were told we could not return the shoes. They say you can return on the website, but they lie. We were victimized and advantage of and told we could not return these shoes. Shoes that were in original packaging, shoes that were not ordered and shoes that were fully UNWORN. Terrible customer service. Unethical company. BEWARE. Total scam.
As soon as I reached out to their team, I was struck by how swiftly they replied. They didn’t leave me waiting for days or provide unclear responses. Rather, their customer support team responded promptly and paid close attention to my issue. They demonstrated great patience while I clarified what occurred and what I required. They clearly aimed to thoroughly comprehend my circumstances prior to providing a solution

Just got scammed
Just bought a few One Piece display, i received it resealed and repacked. I sent it back and told them some of them was repacked and asked for a refund. Told me it wasnt possible to refund me since it was repacked packs. How is this kind of thing possible? Aren't the items checked at their premises before being sent?!
