StockX Steals
StockX stole over $400 from me and refuses to respond (other than through automated messages).
After placing only bidding $140, StockX charged me over $400 for the purchase of a pair of shoes without proper authorization. I immediately let StockX know of their error and rescinded (i.e. cancelled) the order, but StockX refuses to refund the amounts it charged claiming that their "no refunds" policy applies irrespective of rights under Consumer Protection law.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
StockX wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. My order (#03-E1Z4WFZ98D), placed on 10 April, was canceled due to their seller failing verification — after waiting days — then the price jumped from $210 to $280 overnight.
They gave me a $20 voucher that didn’t work, then claimed they don’t offer discount codes. After escalation, the “solution” was a $25 credit only if I repurchase at the higher price.
Live chat is unreliable — long waits, inconsistent answers, and no real help.
Fine when things go right. When they don’t, it’s excuses, broken vouchers, and zero accountability.
Avoid.
The team demonstrated a high level of attentiveness, proactively guiding me through the necessary procedures and documentation. Their transparent communication eliminated uncertainty and provided reassurance at every stage. Each interaction reflected competence, patience, and a strong commitment to service excellence.
