SCAM!!!! THEY STEAL FROM WORKING CLASS PEOPLE!!!! Please do not buy here!!! This company is an absolute SCAM!!! I ordered the cannon G7x from their website for $1,500, when the package arrived I received a water bottle (which I'm guessing was put in there to mimic the weight of the camera). I reached out to them immediately and continuously for the next week. Each time I spoke to customer service, they kept telling me to file a claim. After telling each one I did they told me an answer would come out tomorrow -- this literally went on for days. Today they email me and say they can't do anything because it was signed for already (I guess now we have to rip open our packages before signing) and the weight was 2lbs when delivered (as if that's proof of the fact of literally anything).

Do Not order from this place Do not recommend StockX. I ordered a pair of basketball shoes for my 13 year old daughter. I unboxed the shoes and helped her try them on at our house. We determined they were too small. I reboxed the shoes and shipped them back the next day. The return was rejected by StockX because according to them the shoes were used/ had creases/ and the toe was dirty. These shoes had been unboxed for a total of five minutes and only in my possession for about twelve hours from the time I received and shipped back. Apparently you aren't allowed to try them on. This was the photo supporting the usage they sent me.

Refund refused for accidental double charge to my credit card Somehow my order was duplicated. I received two of the same item and was charged twice. I returned the duplicate item and requested a refund but was informed all I could get is credit for a future purchase with a time limit of 1 year. After several attempts to make this right and credit my card, I was informed this is not possible---surely someone could make that possible?

Im so tired of them taking over 2 weeks to deliver my items *** bought a lot of products from them over the years and they take at least 2 weeks, sometimes a month to get me my item. No other company has egregious wait times like this.

I purchased sneakers for my son this Christmas. Right there next to the Christmas tree he tried the shoe on it was so tight he immediately took it off and put it back in the box. He never even stood up and put the shoe on my floor. I wanted to exchange they don't do that. I wanted to return but couldn't unless I had an account with them.only option was to sell them on their site. I took pictures of the shoes. I posted them to stockx site they sold. I got an email with specific shipping instructions that I followed exactly. They do a verification process even when you purchase from them making sure items meet their standards. I received verification prior to them being shipped to me. They received the sneakers and emailed me that they failed verification not authentic. The tissue paper inside the box didn't have a wrinkle in it. I contacted customer support he says they were worn. I told him my son put it half way on his foot they were too small. He said see you said he wore them. They have a strict policy and bid me a good day. In the 12 days of receiving, selling and shipping back I also bought my son another pair in bigger size through an account I set up. My email said they will not charge me for the failed sale this time as it was my first sale but the sneakers are being shipped back immediately. I will sell them on another site. I wasn't even getting close to what I paid for them back but anything was better than nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM STOCKX THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Do not buy from this company! if you sign up to purchase something with a guest account, they won't refund or exchange anything . When I asked to exchange for a smaller size they declined as they had a 'low inventory' . Also, no live phone support.

This company has no legit return policy. I had two unauthorized charges in my account of almost $600 and contacted them immediately to let them know that something is wrong and those are mistake orders that I did not place. Asked for a refund and investigation and they refuse to give me any refund. Contacted my back and told them it was fraudulent transaction but they will do nothing to resolve the issue. Their costumer service play with words and twist things just to make sure you get nothing back but credit to their own site which in no way or form I am interested in EVER doing. This was done on Christmas Day merry Christmas to me after a -$600. In my bank. They are the biggest scam ever. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Tesla hot wheels RC as a Christmas gift and it was delivered on 12/13/24. When we opened it on Christmas Day we realized it had a broken wheel. I contacted stock x via chat because the only way to contact them is email or chat and I was given the unfortunate news that because I had received it more than 10 days ago there was nothing they could do. I contacted stock x on 12/27/24thats 4 days after their window which I think should not apply for Christmas presents as they arent opened until you give them to people! Its ridiculous to pay so much for something that is supposed to be verified and yet still receive broken items. I have bought from them before and trusted their process but his is Very disappointing and will not be buying from them again and I do not recommend anyone does with these types of policies!

Bought this shoes to take on my vacation. When I got it, I noticed the top of the left shoe was wrinkled. Didn't think nothing of it. When I got on my vacation and it was time to wear the shoes, I noticed the top of the shoes were very thin feeling with the left shoe way worst than the right. I then realized that this shoe was painted over. Seemed like an old used shoe that was re-done. I reached out to stockx and they informed me that they would need 1. The shoe box and 2. The stockx tag to be on the shoe for them to look into the matter. The box was left at home and the tag was taken off in Jamaica, now I'm in Florida. This just messed my Christmas up. This will be my first and last time shopping on stockx. For almost a $200 sneakers, I am so disappointed . I don't normally write bad reviews, especially not while still traveling but this time I had to.

I do not recommend ordering from StockX. You should try to buy your items from a traditional retailer because it can take a very long time for anything to arrive.

Aside from the worn ****** 3s Black Cement sneakers I was sent that had to be returned, I ordered a pair of ****** 1s Mocha that appeared yellow on the side of the soles where it should be white. Instead of refunding my money StockX claimed to have given me credits in the amount of $374.72 for the returned Mochas. The original total being $389.67, I lost $14.95 for the shipping of the Mochas that werent in brand new condition as they claimed. I now attempted to use my credits in the amount of $374.72 to purchase ****** 12s Cherry and instead of StockX using the money they owe me, StockX stole the money from my account when I never inputted my card or gave approval for it to be used on that purchase. StockX then said they used my card details from a previous purchase instead of using the actual money they owe me. I disputed the charge and was denied, I forgot how evil the world we live in operates. Now its currently less than a week from ********************************** has suspended my account owing me $374.72 after stealing money off my card and not using the money they owe me on my last purchase. It ****** me this is an accredited business. Then StockX promotes they have a new 14 day return policy, but its only on the sneakers they choose. My experience with this company now makes me realize everything theyve been saying. Just read up on what **** had to say about StockX. Its truth!
