My 13 year old son saved up money to buy verified shoes from StockX. He was so excited. Wore them a few times to shoot around and then wore them for the first time to play basketball this weekend after only physically having them maybe 3 weeks. The toe blew out during the first game he wore them. I wish I could attach a picture. I notified StockX right away and they told me because I was outside of the *********************************************** $15 towards my next order. $15!! Really? We spent $170 on verified shoes that blew out the first time he played basketball wearing them. I will NEVER purchase shoes from them again and I will make sure as a coach that I share how poorly StockX handled this situation. Not Ok!!!

I ordered a collectible ****** new in box. The ****** ****** was authentic. However, stockx damaged the box by slapping a giant verification sticker on the clear display panel of the box. Not only can the ****** not be displayed correctly, but the value of the ****** is now lower than what I paid because the box is damaged. They are giving me the runaround and stating this cannot be returned. Offered me a $15 credit for a future purchase and ridiculously told me I could just resell the item on their platform for a profit. I would never use that $15 credit anyways because I will never do business with them again. This is terrible customer service and now I will have to dispute with my credit card company. Would not purchase from this company, especially if you are ordering a collectible where the condition of the box matters

HORRIBLE!!! Do not buy from them, I bought shoes that were verified and they were sent to me peeling, scuffed and almost looked fake. Do not waste your money.

Worst experience ever. I was told that the good news about me receiving an inauthentic sneaker was that I could resell it on StockX. So they want me to perpetuate the cycle because they make money off of each sale.

I ordered my grandson **** Retro 4 size 12C from online store STOCKX.. Its been 2 weeks and I finally get an email that says my order was cancelled and they are refunded my money. There was no explanation to why. I did online chat and they chatted for one second then disappeared. This is feeling like a scam and now I am concerned because they have my billing info for the shoes. My grandson will be disappointed. Never in todays world it would ever take 3 weeks to ship shoes. Are they drop shipping? I am just appalled at the lack of customer service and obviously does not care about the customer experience.

My son purchased a sweatshirt at a Drake concert. It was very expensive and he decided he would sell it on StockX. We sent the sweatshirt in and it was deemed not authentic. I actually took a photo of him when he purchased it at the Merch table inside the concert venue, and there were no tags or anything on the item or any of the ones that they were selling. I was with him when he purchased it from the vendors inside the concert venue and Im 100% certain is real and authentic. They sent it back and charge us the fee.

Worst customer service ever. I have never been so disappointed in a company. They send you through 1000 hoops to resolve issues! I ordered shoes. I am being charged and I have yet received the shoes. Stay away!!!!

I shipped an item to StockX for reselling, but it didn't pass the verification because of the wrong shoe box. They emailed me saying they would send it back to me, but I never received the package. I contacted their support team and provided my information through a form, but they never got back to me.

Worst customer service and buying experience. It is impossible to speak with anyone regarding your order. I placed an order and the seller never shipped the shoes to StockX and then after that delay, StockX automatically had another seller and so had another delay to wait for them to ship. Contacted customer service to request to cancel the order and they refused. Even before anything was initiated to ship to StockX. Requested multiple times to cancel order and StockX refused. No need to say, but I will not be a customer of theirs any longer.

They have disabled the delete account button on their website/App!! You cannot close your account and remove your information they stated they own my information and I cannot delete the account I have to make a request that can/may take up to 30 days!! Ive never heard of a company not allowing you to remove your account or information!! You have to submit a request and they will go through your information and decide what they keep and perform a manual deletion!! This is illegal and someone should look into this it maybe liable to a lawsuit!! If no one closes my account in 48 hours I will me seeking legal assistance with this process moving forward!!

Buyer Beware!! Ive ordered shoes from StockX for years but never again!! I ordered a pair of **** Kyrie shoes. They had to cancel my first order because the original seller didnt send in the shoes. The second pair came damaged. The StockX tag was not affixed to the shoe. I immediately notified StockX within 5 hours of delivery. StockX denied my refund twice. Total scammers. The shoes are probably fake. Even disputed with my **************** twice & StockX keeps sending information indicating their policies. Highly recommend to stay away!!

0. This compact deserves a zero ratings. On. My fricken birthday I wore some shes inrecieved form stockx and the sole fell off as I was walking to my birthday dinner. STOCKx IS THE WORST. BUY FROM GOAT BECIASE THEY DO NOT CHECK IF THE SHOE IS FAKE OR NOT. They sold me a 1000$ raging bull pack that was FAKE. And the sole CAME OFF AFTER 3 steps. DO NOT USE STOCKX. USE GOAT IS POSSIBLE. THYE DO NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE FOR THE SHOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FRICKEN PATHETIC

They sell fake tennis shoes and they know it! Never again

We ordered a brand new shirt from Stock X. My son tried it on for a few seconds right after a shower and we determined it was too short. We sold it back on Stock X and sent back with original ticket, tags and packaging. I just received an email saying the verification failed! What?! Did they sell us a fake? You cannot call them, I cannot find an email and the contact us is AI that works terrible! There is literally no customer service. And they are apparently charging me $15 for an item they verified and sold to me! Besides the fact they state they have no requirement to send failed verification items back to the customer! What is happening!? How are these guys still in business? We will never buy or sell from this company again.
