I would never work with this team, they only care about the sale. Cody and Andrea put in terrible tenants into my home after needing their help with placing tenants they ended up being scammers, they also told me I’d get higher rent than I actually received so it completely messed up my numbers. I had to spend more money on the home after the purchase and when I needed their help they basically told me they’ve done whatever they can. Runaway and don’t look back. Worst decision was to work with the Stephan group.
