This use to be my go to . Now your just as bad as all the other fast food. First off we dont want pink burgers and cold fry. I spent $15 on 2 under cooked burgers and cold frys. Thanks and I won't be back cause the new people dont care like they want customers to return. Fix your selfs.
If you come in and are waiting to be seated, don't waste your time while employees keep coming out to look at you looking stupid because you don't know that they don't take your order or seat you anymore. You order off a kiosk, scan your drink voucher and scan it again because the foam on your coke went down and the machine won't allow you to top it off. I brought 2 kids so had to scan the voucher 9 times. Also it asks for you to tip before any service is given at all. Maybe it's me, but I absolutely hate this new way of going out to eat with zero human interaction.
This place used to be good but i am unsure of what happened. We had received our food around 3 pm & went out into the parking lot to eat. I take 2 bites of my frisco melt and there is a (what appears to be) BEARD! hair in it. We immediately take it back inside and ask for a refund. They agree our meal should be comped but tell us we need to come back later around 5 pm because there isn’t a manager on shift right now. We live a little far out from this place so we don’t make it back until around 8ish pm. The lady there tells us we need to “Call Headquarters” because refunds cannot be done on different shifts. Needs to be given on the same shift. We can either call headquarters or come back in the morning to talk to the GM. We even brought our receipt with us to show that it’s the same day. So why was there no manager when we were there? Why did we get told to come back later ? What a joke of a steak ‘n shake. Line always takes long, food is so greasy now, and obviously poor customer service. What is a $15 meal to a billion dollar company? What.A.Joke. You guys are the ones letting HAIR! Fall into food then not resolving it. Asking if we want our food remade after we told you it made us lose our appetite and didn’t eat the meal. No we don’t want the food remade from the same exact place we had a hair in our food. We want our money back.
Jason the general manager & whoever else was on the shift at 8 to 8:30 is a joke!! Never made our food was literally ignoring me & my boyfriend while we were trying to speak to someone about our order our wait the a atmosphere there people eating getting food & ordering before us & leaving before we got anything then just not being helpful just worst experience ever I’ve never have had to deal with such incompetence.
