Martin is very knowledgeable. I bought carpets and vinyl + some screed was required. All were carried out by very professional fitters. The quote was accurate and detailed potential incidental work such as trimming doors clearly. I am very happy and will be using St Blazey Carpets when I am ready to carpet the hall stairs and landing to complete my home.
Martin at St Blazey carpets was very helpful in recommending a carpet to suit our needs. The guys that came to fit did a great job laying the carpet and around the fire place in particular. They worked quietly, quickly and were tidy. Would use again next time we get new carpets. They had us booked in within 3 weeks.
Having recently had a new carpet fitted throughout, and a complete change to the flooring specific to the kitchen area, I must say that in every aspect the complete service provided by St Blazey Carpets was second to none. All members of the team, from the person that provided the estimate to all ‘fitters’ that were encountered throughout, were excellent in terms of arriving on time (as previously scheduled), performing the task in a professional way, being accommodating in all ways and pleasant to work with at all times. In summary, the whole team worked together effectively from start to finish and is a truly professional unit which provided excellent value in terms of the standard and quality of workmanship, as well as being excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone and I personally, would definitely use St Blazey Carpets again after what has already been completed, because the overall service is unbeatable.
This is the second time I've used St Blazey Carpets. I used them again because my first experience with them was faultless, & this second job has continued in exactly the same vein. Martin in the shop was really helpful when I was choosing my carpet, and kept me informed all the way through the process while the carpet was on order. The carpet arrived on time & the fitting was able to be arranged really quickly. And the fitters too were really friendly, quick & efficient too. I highly recommend this local company & won't hesitate to use them again when needed.
