Emailed about cleaning and a response was that it depended if they cleaned nearby. I replied with my address and then heard nothing back. Useless. If they can't be bothered to spend ten seconds working on customer service by replying to an email, what else can't they be bothered with?

Excellent quality of service from Stayclean. Always get a message as a reminder that the windows will be cleaned the following day and a message post clean. Payment is easily done online or set up regularly via direct debit. Team are always friendly and approachable. Highly recommended!
