This hotel has become like a second home to me - I have stayed here for many months at a time often and absolutely nothing to fault. The staff, in particular David, Simone, Jamie and Sinead are fantastic - helping with whatever you may need, at absolutely whatever time required. There is no ask too big for the team which is fantastic to see, and makes guests feel very welcome. I personally would not like to reside anywhere else when I am up in Manchester. Rooms are great, with convenience of having own kitchen/lounge area. Overall, a great place to stay with great staff. Nothing to fault.

Overseas travellers, please Be super careful and check your card bills: booked on official site for a long stay 25% discount, system did not keep that on record and charged my credit card 225 pounds extra after check out. Staycity stated “system error” and refunded the amount five days after contacting but due to currency rate flows I still lost 4 pounds during the process.
Reaction of Staycity ? Sorry, not sorry. Got into trouble for their fault and They refused to compensate, stating they already gave me a discount for extended stay (thank L you). So they probably mean i sort of asked for it for staying with them.
Lift never worked well, esp weekends. Although there are two lifts, only one is taking guests at a time. 80% guests and staff wear no masks. And their are rude people staring at your for wearing one. If you like taking stairs
up to your 5th floor apartment in your high heels and groceries in hand, be my guest.

Can’t fault these apartments. The hotel type experience you get combined with the space of an apartment is fantastic. Centrally located with an on sight car park was brilliant. My only complaint, and it’s not really the hotels fault was the walk from there down Piccadilly to the city center was pretty grim. Not nice, especially with young kids.
Stay here every year for a city break.
Superb location right above the train station.
There is a supermarket underneath and so there is no need to pay for breakfast in the hotel.
The family rooms are spacious and quiet. There seem to be a lot fewer yobs bellowing in the corridors in the early hours compared to other hotel chains.
The staff have always been excellent and accommodating. I have received free upgrades or room moves twice when there were issues (like a broken window!)
Took a star off because the last time I went the bathwater was too cold on full heat and the shower was too hot on the lowest heat setting.
Nice place only reason I have given 2 stars is there is a serious parking issue. I paid for parking in advance then find out there are not spaces to park. 2am in the morning I have to go look for parking. They said at reception they had a corporate event and parking was over booked, however I stayed there nights and the same problem happened again no parking. I guess they don't care about customer service as they don't have retuning customers.
