Convenient and fast service
I stayed in an apartment from xacco in Paris for my exchange semester and I can recommend using their service. It was very difficult for me to find an apartment but with xacco it was actually quite fast and convenient. Kritikaa responded super quickly on whatsapp and I didn't have to do anything except signing the rental contract. The apartment itself looked just as in the pictures provided and I really liked the location. And in the end I also received my full deposit back. The only downside is that the rent of the apartments is quite high, especially if you're a student. So I would rather recommend it for shorter stays up to 3 months.
I booked a studio in Paris with Xacco for just one month, in January 2023 (listed as Studio Krug on their website). The apartment was really nice and comfy, and it was equipped with all the needed amenities (washing machine, hoven, dishwasher). To be honest, the studio was (and still is) one of the best apartment that I could find in Paris while I was looking for a place to stay.
Furthermore, the customer service is extremely helpful and responsive (I had the pleasure to meet George, Hanu, and Ankita, and they really helped me with my accomodation)!
Overall, I found Xacco to be way better than most of the estate agencies that I found in Paris through apps and websites.
Definitely recommended, especially if you are coming to Paris and you do not have time to look for an accomodation (I was able to set all things done, e.g., such as signing the contract for my stay, before even raching Paris).

It was my third time renting with Xacco in Paris! The company is very helpful and responds quickly to any messages. Renting apartment in Paris is quite difficult, however Xacco makes it much much easier. It’s great option, especially for students! The apartments are very nice, clean and well equipped. If there’s any issue, Xacco takes care of everything and will do its best to help you.
Overall, I’m very happy that I discovered this company! Definitely going to rent apartment with them again in the future :)

Le service est au top mais vous seriez déçu lors de remboursement de la garantie, ils ont pris un mois pour me rembourser et après avoir quitté les appartements j'ai tout nettoyé, tout était top après un grand retard de remboursement ils viennent me dire qu'ils ont retiré 100 euros pour le ménage juste pour ne pas me rembourser la totalité de mon argent (pourtant ils ont fait l'état des lieux )

We are renting a place with xacco in paris. Finding a place in paris is quite a stretch. But we have been extremely lucky to have found xacco. We have so far had an extremely delightful experience with them. Although we got the apartment later then what we were supposed to, they provided us with a place to stay till this one was ready. It’s extremely easy to contact them at any time. They also look after all the small issues for example of the tap is leaking the came they very next day and fixed it! Overall an very very good experience. I would recommend xacco to anyone trying to find a place in paris !
I would highly recommend Xacco and am very happy we chose them when picking a place to stay in Paris. The apartment was centrally located yet quiet and well maintained! Would definitely book with them again!
