I would definitely recommend John for acupuncture, he has a very attentive, calm and professional manner. I have found all his acupuncture treatments to be extremely helpful and I am looking forward to future sessions.

I brought my son for acupuncture to John as he was experiencing migraines on a weekly basis. I can't believe it. He had three sessions with john over a space of a few weeks and not one headache. We can't believe it.

I have gone to John for acupuncture treatment several times in the past. Most recently, I went for treatment after an illness. I had no appetite, was suffering from fatigue and lack on energy. After one session, my appetite returned and my energy levels increased. We did three sessions in total. I would highly recommend John and I will be back very soon

John has really helped me out with my shoulders. I had heavy knots and tension in both of my shoulders. John did 2 sessions of acupuncture to untie the knots. I feel so much looser on my shoulders now. It was very professional, the atmosphere in the room was relaxing and I was explained everything clearly. I highly recommend acupuncture with John.

I presented to Susan on the 21st of May with some TMJ and ear discomfort on my right hand side. Susan listened so intently to my issues and worked through history, body alignment and after a very thorough review concluded that my issue were coming from my shoulder. She worked on a muscle in my neck/shoulder which was indeed very tender and recommended an accupuncture session with John to help release and unblock. She also completed some reflexology and it was a wonderful treatment. Her hands are a gift, so gentle with a magic touch. Extremely relaxing and such a comfortable treatment room where you leave floating on air. I attended John on the Friday - he spent great time discussing my jaw/ear/neck issue. He was very easy to talk to and took extreme interest in trying to help solve my problem. John completed an accupuncture session which left my muscles a little tender but within 2 days my ear/neck and jaw issue was solved. I have not experienced the problem in over a week now. What a wonderful team. Both John and Susan have a real interest in helping people and gain peoples confidence and trust from the onset. They really get results from their exceptional training, knowledge, understanding and care. I consider myself very lucky to have John and Susan there to help me whenever needed.

Having had some long standing issues with an achilles injury which was now impeding on training and not responding to physio treatments I took the decision to explore acupuncture. John explained every step of the process and the rationale behind the treatments. John's professionalism and knowledge of the field is exemplary and has addressed the issue i was having. Hi I would just like to share a quick overview as to the reason I chose Staunton’s Holistic Healthcare. Firstly I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my left hand. My GP suggested I get a wrist support band and also go to a physical therapist but sadly no great improvement with either. At this point it was looking like surgery, a somewhat longish recovery and more importantly no guarantee of success. Thankfully my wife did a little more research into the condition and possible treatments and that’s where John came to the rescue. After a brief consultation with John and my initial session I could see an improvement the next day. Now after four sessions my symptoms are practically gone. I can’t recommend John highly enough. His knowledge of his profession and his professionalism are second to none. Thank you John
