James has been an absolute star since we got in contact. He is friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to make sure we understand each step in the process. He is very responsive to requests for contact and flexible about when we can speak to him. He worked hard to get us the best rate on our remortgage despite really tight turnaround times. Couldn’t be more impressed with James!! From start to finish James has been amazing.. he was always pro-active not re-active which was incredibly important to us and his communication at point of contact and follow up from the rest oft the team was exceptional. When all the lenders were putting up interest rates he moved heaven and earth to secure us the best mortgage rate which over a 5 year fixed is going to save us thousands of pounds. We will never use another broker again as there is honestly no way anyone could have done a better job, couldn’t praise him enough!!

James is brilliant. I could not recommend him more. He holds your hand through the whole process, applies ample industry knowledge and ensures you have the best chance of being successful in what can be a confusing process.

James has simply been amazing throughout the process of buying our first property. From our first meeting with him where he advised us what changes we needed to make, to almost a year later and finally securing us a mortgage on our dream home. James is fantastic! He is a fountain of mortgage knowledge, If he doesn’t know it, it can’t be worth knowing! He is professional, always at the end of the phone/whatsapp to offer help and advice but can also crack a joke making you feel at ease. I have found James to be honest, helpful and a joy deal with. he has bent over backwards to get our mortgage over the line. Don't let the estate agents try to get you to entertain their advisors this guy is one in a million amongst so many people trying to have a pound of flesh. Its refreshing

As a first home buyer I really couldn't ask more from a Mortgage adviser. James has been there to answer a bunch of my (probably stupid) questions and does so in a friendly, honest and professional manner. He is well connected locally and has really made the buying process easy (especially when my case has been pretty complex).
